Unless he turns to Jesus. I know in the flesh, we'd like to believe he's doomed. But the truth is, if he is really repentant and asks God to forgive him in Jesus' name and turns away from his sin, he is going to be in Heaven with his mom, assuming she believed in Jesus, and the rest of the saints.

Two low there’s no realization of things, too high you have the same but you get bored and act out. Both can be very violent. I think you must have. Balance, just my thoughts after 75 yrs. Of life. I am sorry to hear that as a child, that you had gone through so much abuse :-(
Often, this form of abuse is generational, like in my case too… there is a You Tube podcast, called HG Tudor, who clearly outlines the Narcissistic and Psychopathic trait’s to watch out for, when meeting a potential partner.
I have learnt quite a lot, from this chap’s podcast’s, making me realise that I am an “empath”, as a result of my upbringing, whilst the few relationships I have been in, although exciting at first, were alway’s with Narcissistic personalities of varying degrees….which mostly ended badly, with threats, stalking, and injunctions with the Police involved…😞
I think that HG Tudor’s podcast’s on RUclips, should be part of the school curriculum as well as sex education, whether in the USA or in European school’s, as it would certainly highlight, that there are some seriously Fu@ked up, cold hearted people out there, causing both emotional and physical abuse, who end up damaging their victims and if educated, to spot the sign’s, would save a lot of heartbreak of their “targets’, who had blindly married them…before a bad divorce…
The most prominent, example of this, at this moment in time being MeGain Markle and Prince HasBeen, living in Monetyshitshow, in California….where MeGain, “love bombed”, this dullard of a Prince, and who is now completely enthralled.. having badmouthed his family and the whole of the UK, of his entitled birth, for the “riches” of moving to America…
But I have to admit, that even HG Tudor who is a self confessed Narcissist, with other self confessed bad character trait’s, I am strangely drawn to, with his soft velvet voice, and bad boy image….
Thank goodness that I am no longer living in the UK…:-)

My mom was a physically and verbally abusive gaslighting narcissist. No matter how provoked I was- and she deliberately tried to goad me into attacking her more than once- I would NEVER harm her. Still working on forgiving her ten years after her death, though.
Just realized this week that when I was four, she gave away my favorite toy, and gaslit me into believing that I had been throwing rocks at other kids, and that she had told me to stop, and I did it anyway- but that I didn't remember it. So the toy had to to to the other kid as some kind of compensation? I remember that day- but I don't have any memory of throwing rocks at anybody. Even at four, I knew better than to disobey mom. If she yelled at me for something, I would be TERRIFIED to disobey. And she always yelled.
Even with 24 years of that BS before I moved out, I would never have raised a hand to her in anger.

I am my mothers caregiver she often asks me why... why am I taking of her when she wasn't the best mom. My reply is always the same that has nothing to do with my responsibilities as your daughter ( I am also her only child). She is in very poor health and my Daddy passed 3 years ago this past March. I had divorced and moved out of my home state. Had built a pretty decent life for myself in NC. There was never a thought of Not coming back to take care of her. This makes my heart hurt and also makes me nauseous.

I was on the other side and watched her!
The woman who tailgated me on the highway because she was going to slowly in the left lane so I flashed my brights. She moved over but then came after me. She ended up losing control and going into the concrete divider. Shame on me for stopping - I got charged with 20% of the accident because I flashed my brights!!
