When the music of Anirudh, the direction of Lokesh and the acting of Fahad Fassil, Vijay Sethupati and Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Hassan are mixed together then we get a movie like Vikram. The good thing is there is enough screen time for all the actors. The story is well written and camera angles, as well as good Bgm, make this movie a good one to watch. After RRR, KGF Chapter 2 this movie is indeed one of the best Indian movies of this year.

FYI: Master and Managaram are stand-alone movies that will not be incorporated with the Loki Universe. But Kaithi and Vikram are in this Universe. From now on if there is confusion about whether Loki movies are going to be standalone or Multiverse he will add a tag at the title like LCU (Lokesh Cinematic Universe) in the beginning. Only movies under the title LCU will be in his universe rest will be standalone movies. This is confirmed by Lokesh from Baradwaj Ragan post-interview.
Maanagaram just his debut film. After kaidhi he came up with an idea of prequel. And during master film he did experimental in Tamil cinema to give equal importance role to villain. Coz normally big heroes like Vijay always easily win in their films against villain. Fans do expect for their stardom. Now he came with Vikram as another experimental with 3 important characters and given to 3 big stars of south india and also connected the storyline with 36 year old film and his own movie. Now it's became lokiverse of movies. He will do more experimental film in future to raise Tamil industry to next level. Congratulations to the stars like Vijay kamal Vijay sethupathi and fahad gave freedom to this young director to his experimental work.

Very Good observations Vi ... I’m non Tamilian fan. I just want tell they are mighty Director, actor, because they targeting social issue like drugs and many more . They standing against the system whatever the gangster are doing with the help of System and politics. How bravely they have created views about common man. Does any Bollywood Director has this kind of Guts ...They showed common man issue in movie MAHARSHI, Kaithi, Mahanadi, Singham. These are the movie they’re doing and helping society.The South Indian Star never attached to any political party.

What I like in this movie
1. BGM - the bestest part.
2. Fahad Fasil, he nailed the charactor.
3. Action choreography.
4. Screenplay with BGM
5. Writing of first two hour.
What Could be better.
When Kamal sir take the lead from fahad, it become an old school tamil south Indian fim, and story become pridictable.
Literally I regretted not watching this in theater first 2 hours.
That undiscovered theory came into my mind when I was watching the film with my brother, I said to him "Dekh ye is character ko bhi aage upne universe me use Karne wala hai, nahi to ispe itna focus nahi karta." So same pinch bro 👊
I want to add one thing. This is my honest view. I was not interested in going to watch this movie as in my view it was going to show Universal Hero Kamal Hassan as a one-man army. Before Vikram, I had not watched any of Lokesh's movies. But as I heard reviews on the net i decided to go and watch it. I heard Vikram was related to Kaithi. So I watched both Kaithi and also Master just to understand his direction and I was awestruck by his incredible direction. I immediately booked my ticket and watched that movie in Theatre. I must say the experience this movie gave in the theatre is once in a lifetime experience. After watching the movie I was really kicking myself that I was just going to make the mistake of avoiding such a good movie. I can't wait to see another Lokesh movie soon.

Watched it in theater on the first sunday. It was a fantastic experience. Loudest reaction was for Agent Tina, and the interval reveal.

1. In future sequels i suggest, no Bollywood actor should cast because Tollywood has it's own style, flavour and recipes and everything.
2. Maybe you're right about Jr. Vikram theory but i think this can only made by same director.
3. The most important part of a film is criticism because if no one questioned then no one answered, also you're right every eyes has it's own opinion.
