I want one but I feel it’s overkill for a 1/4 acre lot. But then again when it’s 85 degrees outside I wish I could finish off faster instead of an hour mowing my lawn.

Are the blades directly driven by electric motors in the deck ? If so, this seems like a weak point. Having had a few riding mowers and constantly replacing spindle assemblies , I don't want to be constantly replacing expensive electric motors.

Since the entire deck can be dropped & detached to change blades. Will there be a way to upgrade from 42 to 54" deck with 3 blades in the future

3:44. REASSEMBLE DECK AS NOTED??? Why not show the nearly impossible reassembly??? Once deck is back under machine. the lift lever holes DO NOT LINE UP! edit: back of deck is flat on pavement, with lift lever lowered all the way, the holes in deck are 1/2 inch too low. On my 52" mower it is impossible for one person (me) to hold deck up and install pins!

When a “decent” ZT is ~$3,500 this is a no brainer. Oil change kits, spark plugs, gas, air filters, and fuel filters/fuel stabilizer costs over the 5 year warranty of the Ego (which the other ZT’s also don’t have) and it pays for itself. Not to mention much quieter, AND, no more trips to the gas station in my Tesla to get gas. Get your money up.
