    If youre internally resampling wavetables, dont transpose your octave below 0 or you will get the whole wavecycle divided between 2 frames which causes that noisy fluctuation seen at 9:15.

      Oh Austin! Thanks a lot for the advice! I was confused at first but then noticed it was the sub that was at -1 Oct. It makes much more sense now that I know where that comes from!
      Funny thing is I was just contemplating taking the serum course you did with DAWnation :)

      @@WoochiaI took the serum course by Austin when I very first started producing a year ago and I can still say that up until today he taught me 75% of what I’ve learned since I started. I’ve learned a few super specific tricks and tips that pertain to other music production categories here and there that he didn’t mention, but Serum Masterclass and School of Bass is where I learned most of what I know. Changed my life honestly!

But I sat & the way you explained everything, in the midway, I realized that I felt energized, focused, pretty, futureful, lovely & its because the way you explain things. Thank you for making such videos.

      Man, I couldn't get a better comment. If you found energy and confort in a video I made, that's way more that what I could hope for. I know how depression is a bitch and how a bad break up can F someone up, so stay strong and if you can focus on something you love, that's the best part done. Hope this can lead you to create more amazing things. Good things will arise from unexpected places for sure

    For hard dubstep sound design you need import your already finished Bass back to oscillator instead of using basic wavetable every time. Like you start from unique sound to more unique sound, so there's types of Bass called Nuke Neuro Bass or Metallic Gun Bass and more...

    • @Woochia
      @Woochia  Год назад

      Thanks for the tips. I haven't found much about nuke neuro bass or metallic gun bass (found things that are closed though), but I know I still have a lot to check.
      Though I thought about this video like an episode 1. Another would be about an effect rack that you could use several times to add layers upon layers of effects, but this resampling to oscillator could be another episode by itself!
