Absolutely enjoy this! Love it when Joe says “to go fast, go alone. To go far, together” and how he doesnt rlly have a community in his area, so sometimes he has to go alone! Totally feel the same way! Hoping i find my community one day 🤲🏻
I empathize with his situation he was describing after he finished the workout. I’ve been solo running since June and it’s been a crazy feeling…but I’ve also never been more confident in my running capabilities than I am right now. Recently finished my first road 10k in 33:23. Have another one in 10 days
What a beautiful piece. I can relate so much because I find running when I was 19. I got out of school and worked an engineering job for a few years, and picked up a camera and have been working to make this thing a career. I came back to running in 2019/2020 and have run 6 or so marathons and I'm finally in the same shape I was when I was 20 (I'll be 29 in a week), and I've been in the same boat with the last 3 marathon PR attempts. I've hit the wall so hard every time. I'm 30 seconds faster than this spring, and I'm so ready to send it, and I have no doubt everything has been dialed this prep, and I have no doubt I'm going to run the whole Marathon all the way through without hitting the wall.
Thinking of running the Daytona 100 next December in Florida. Watching BPN and using These awesome supplements have helped improve life so much! The endo pump (prickly pear) fav fav fav thing from BPN
Great video. Last time I ran was in the service after high school and I always hated every moment of it. I just got into photography a few years ago pretty deep. Started running again at the start of this summer and fell in love with it. Not anywhere near trying to break a 2:30 marathon but my goal is to complete a marathon.
As a photographer as well, I feel that Joe and I have a lot in common. Especially since he lacks a community at the moment. I recently moved from Texas to Oregon so I feel the same way. I have never really been much of a runner, more of a weight training background. But 31 days ago I made the decision to train for my first marathon. That marathon is in 9 days. I just want to finish. Good luck joe
A guy who listens to Ella Fitzgerald, and thinks early morning coffee is a near spiritual experience? Finally a BPN athlete I can relate to 😄
Yeees same here. When he played Ella I was hooked to the video.

This was great, loved seeing what goes into the prep of the actual marathon day.
He finished in 02:37:09 for those who are wondering
@@crayontom9687 I am sure he is eager to get your advice. His "failure" is better than most ever dream of doing. Outstanding work Joe!

First ever “fast” course. I didn’t realize CIM wasn’t considered a fast course lol.
