Move is an okay song, but I'm still so upset Bulletproof didn't win. It lost by only a single point! It honestly could've won Eurovision this year. It's such a bloody good song. I think Bulletproof has exactly what you missed in Move, a strong chorus with pretty good lyrics and a super good production!
a fundamental flaw with BUlletproof was it was LITERALLY all staging, and otherwise, just a great song. Songwise, I honestly preferred "Kingdom Come".. Vocal performance and dancing execution was FLAWLESS

As a Swede, Im always proud of the quality of the songs and productions Sweden sends to Eurovision. We’re so good at it that we even export it to other countries during Eurovision. Very fun game to play during the show is trying to spot dancers, background singer-songwriter etc. that is Swedish....
For me, Sweden it's always doing a fantastic job. They're gorgeous. Personally, this is my winners song, it has tugged at my heart strings. Really catchy and what beautiful voices. However, I'm pretty sure they will not win, it's not what people are expecting to

The decision to have a ‘non-singing’ chorus was a bit odd. Parts of the performance looked like lip syncing (Ive noticed that in MelFest over the last couple of years) - anyone else notice that?
Are there backup vocalists for them? I was watching it and thinking that it sounded like more than 3 singers.

2016, Sweden didn't have to qualify since they won 2015. But the song placed 5th in the finals. Actually one of my favorite songs in Melodifestivalen during the last decade
They are so good! I was there watching it live, they really activate the audience. Vocally perfect. Good message in song lyrics. The simple choreography fits the song perfectly.

I also recommend you do a reaction to the song that came 2nd by just 1 point in their famously rigorous selection show "Melodifestivalen", Bulletproof by Dotter. It was the fan favourite.

Cameron Singh-Claire I personally liked Bulletproof better, but it was not the fan favourite. Bulletproof and Move got equal amount of points from the juries and the people voted more for the Mamas.

13:42 The woman that started "The Mamas" is the one that left. When John Lundvik needed backup singers for his song last year he asked her if she could find some great singers for him, and the women that then ended up as The Mamas were the people she found for him. I don't know why she left though.

I agree! Even though the Mamas had a good performance, they still didnt stand out. The song and performance were very similar to the last year's entry (the lights, song's style and black costumes again). I am also sad DOTTER didn't win. When I watched her performance I felt like I was watching a winner. Even Anna's song (3d place) was more impressive than Mamas.

I've just realised I liked only one Swedish entry in the past ten years: Dance you off - which was my favourite of all entries in 2018.

The Mamas can definitely sing - but sorry this song doesn’t either say anything to me, even though I’m from Sweden. I have to be honest. I’ve listen to it couple of times now and I don’t dislike it - but somehow it doesn’t move me at all.

I'm interested to see how this gets on at Eurovision cause feel like they might struggle to get to where Sweden have been the last few years 😥 Still saying that might be must harsh cause it is Sweden have them around 10-15 atm
I personally think it's such a feel good and broadly appealing song that Sweden will do great. Like, I could see everyone from a 20 year old university student to someone's mom liking this.
@@sharkfinn4 I think you´re right about this, in Sweden it got 12 p from the age groups 10-15 and 16-29, and 10 p from the ages 30-44 and 45-59. In the age group 60-74 they got 7 p and 8 p from the ones over 75. It was just the 3-9 year olds that that gave them a relatively low score, 5 p. But they got scores from all age groups.

I like this song and I like all Sweden entries to be honest. This however is not a winner. Bulletproof and Kingdom Come were better. I do think this will be top 5 but not a winner.
