    For everything you require discipline in life. I have been doing kapalbhati from last 19 years, everyday without fail,I would have missed hardly four to five days in a year. The benefits are immense

      sir m a beginner , when i do kapalbhati , as she said stomach should be in while exhaling , but while doing it feels like it is happening opposite. then i think m doing wrong.

    Very nice information.....I'm also doing Pranayam from last 2 yrs in following series-
    Bhastrika
    Kapalbharti
    Anulom-Vilom
    Bhramri
    Ujjayi
    I have also removed my Migraine problem only by Pranayam.....yr explanation very good.....some time I do Kapalbharti kriya 500-1000 stroke in one time

    Thanks for the video. I am regular user of kapalbhati and other yoga kriyas.
    As Baba Ramdev told that even a person who has BP or Hypertension can perform Kapalbhati. The only thing is that Low BP person perform Kabalbhati with fast strokes and High BP vice-versa.
    Kindly put light on this topic too. Because in these days number of BP and Hypertension persons are very. They should also have right to get benefit from this technique.
    At last thanks for explaining the matter from its core.

    I have been doing this for years, but I found this is more beneficial when one do for 30 min. In the beginning it is difficult but slowly one can manage. I have solved my PSA level,.

    Excellent video. I also perform this kriya. Earlier I used to do it for 30 minutes non-stop @65-75 strokes per minute. I was told by one expert not to for more than 5 minutes with break after every one minute. I am 62 years old. I would like to know for how much time I should perform kapalbhati now?. I shall be happy if you could suggest. Thank you.

      Dont do 30 min continuously do only 120 stroke with 3 or 4 different stroke

    My sincere thanks to you for explaining with clarity all the steps to be followed during Kapalbhati kriya. Besides that your good guidance for other Pranayams are excellent.
    I am suffering from HT but BP is normal on medication. Please let me know if I can do Kapalbhati.

    मैं गायक हूँ मेरे वोकल कार्ड में छोटे-छोटे मस्से (नोडयूल) हैं ent डाक्टर ने बताया है आवाज़ का ओवरयूज होने के कारण यह समस्या हुई है यह दबाई ले से ठीक नहीं होंगे सर्जरी से ही जाएंगें ।
    जिस कारण मेरी आवाज़ बैठी बैठी दबी दबी सी रहती है
    3-4 सालों से गाने लायक आवाज़ नहीं है
    मेम प्लीज बताइए योग से क्या फायदा होगा

      Yog se zaroor faeda hoga... kyuki aapki condition kitni jyada hai ye Janna bahot zaroori hai.. doctor k batae anusaar treatment lijie sath hi kisi prasikshit Yog guru ki nigrani me yoga karen.
