ON WAS 99% certainly SPEEDER or her car wouldn't been pealed like a sardine can like that. The semi also have reflective strips along it's sides and it don't just magically appear it must have been backing in for a good long while before she even got close to it.
but thing is why is they both not paying attention and it looks like the girl was going forward and then it looks like the truck just went straight ahead and ik her that was my cousin and she tried to brake but her car wouldn’t stop so its nobody’s fault cause you can’t prevent that from happening
@@iamkiyaaaawhere is the proof she tried to brake? Are there skid marks on the street? Is there video somewhere of the skid marks? Has law enforcement stated there were tire marks? Why is there a witness who says “she went barreling into the truck” which means she didn’t brake to try and stop. For the front end of her car to be that far out of the other side of the truck means she didn’t brake. I’m so sorry for your loss. No one should ever have to go through that. This is very sad. Prayers to you and your family.
@@josephinemiller4780it the car would have hit the trailer from the back the it would be the car fault but as a driver she hit the trailer from the side near the back and plus the truck driver was backing and I hate to say it they hold driver accountable for that and the driver seen cars just as the car seen the trailer rather the was driving fast or not
@@oneone3983 it is 100% her fault. The police even said she was at fault. She never even tried to slow down because she was probably on her phone
@josephinemiller4780 trailer and and truck have lights in them that flash and can be seen a night
Not even his fault and he feels that emotion still , forever
Typical of these types to blame the truck driver instead of the person responsible for their own fate.
Prayers to the family
Prayers for all involved 🙏 ❤️
@@attilasson4250 distasteful comment. You’re not getting any points from the truck driver for it homie.
I think the truck pulled forward before he backed in making her think that he was letting her pass especially since nobody was directing the driver. Remember she’s only 18.
Omg this is so sad Ughh I hate this for her and the family 😢😢😢
As a truck driver I tell others you may be faster than a truck but ur not beating a truck.
God bless everyone involved
Happened with one of the trucks at my CDL school. Thankfully all involved are okay. Sorry for the life lost😢🫶🏽
I told my daughter and my niece they’re not getting their driving alone until they are mature enough age doesn’t matter
Took me only 1 time to never try and f around with a semi truck ever again. Good thing I was the only bad driver at that time and nothing was harmed. Arriving a couple of minutes slower is better than having a life lost or a car lost.
just sad man why must people drive with out care😢 may she rest easy and may her family have peace and strength ❤
Some ppl just don’t need to be driving smh what was she thinking
Prayers
Why couldn’t she just wait for him to move , it’s not right to blame the truck driver, but it’s a very sad situation 🙏prayers to the families involved
@@attilasson4250the question is are you ok?🤔
@@attilasson4250The company owes the family NOTHING this girl got herself killed, She should have had her eyes on the road. Sad as it is, she did this to herself and the family only has her to blame
Just say R I p to that young lady
Seems like she may have been speeding or wasn’t paying attention. So waiting was out of the question
So sad, may she SIP!! 😢🕊️
My she Rest In Peace my goodness she was to young🙏
Too young, rest in peace to that young woman 😢
