Haven't finished the video yet, but since you asked in the beginning: I for one do like the presentation method of the speaker going through all the bullets on the screen. There is value in both seeing the bullets (or cards in this case) , while hearing your commentary over them. My only critique would be to zoom in closer so we can see the parts you're reading better. The text is just barely large enough for me to see on my phone.
P.S. glad you are alive, welcome back to the land of the living!

    I love your Mural board!
I studied it in detail and thought it was a great summary of the requirements for personal knowledge management. I've come to many of the same conclusions, but I've found that GTD and To-do lists don't work well for me. I agree with keeping to some basic principles of knowledge management and not worrying about the tools. Seems like the last thing you need is another book suggestion, but, like you, I've been struggling to find a good solution to this problem and I think you might find Personal Kanban a good replacement for GTD and To-Do lists.

Logseq for tasks/logs/documentation, Obsidian, with files kept compatible with other markdown tools, for notes/longform/publishing for me. But I really would like to be able to use just one tool (maybe down the road after logseq DB version gets going).

I was happy to see this video. You introduced me to Logseq so my list of preferred tools is now very similar to yours, except at this point I rely heavily on Apple Notes.
I’m so glad you are doing more consulting and collaboration. And I love your new focus on visual controls. This RUclips video on Collaboration Principles, ruclips.net/video/kdLaI75R66c/видео.htmlsi=w0k3d561qbxVDRN0 might interest you for both its content and the use of Miro. I have just finished a Lean Agile Visual Management course with the same person at Modus Institute. I think you would be interested in the sort of collaborative consulting they are offering!
