I hear this a lot. Give yourself some grace, there are different seasons of life. The goal is just to build some foundational habits that you can return to time and time again.

I have a doubt, after losing fat from caloric deficit, do I build muscle with maintenance calories or increase them?
Having discipline has helped me to be healthier and I believe this is the ultimate goal!
First off, congrats on your fat loss success. I would recommend that you start training for a while under maintenance calories. This number can fluctuate over time too as you get more into your training and build more muscle.
