    Where do I find this program? What does it cost? Is it scalable to all ability levels? Does it have adaptations for injuries and rehabbing said injuries? I’ve not lifted seriously in years. I’m 50. I have a messed up shoulder and a weakened lower back. I’m not hopeless-I train Jiu jitsu five classes weekly and run a small “homestead” type farm. But, in Toby Keith’s famous words, “I’m not as good as I once was.” Wondering if this is the program to get me back to a higher level of strength and flexibility.
