Sorry for the late response I’m not a pro but I found that u just need to pry slowly but firmly and hope it doesn’t break. don’t stress it if it breaks option 1: you can pull the old clip out and buy “retainer clip fastener kit” and if the attachment side on the molding piece is broken you can hot glue a new clip on the molding and pop it in the old hole. Option 2: you can use some Silicone Repair Putty and just clean both sides of the repair surface with alcohol and stick a generous amount on the body of the car and push molding in it should hold for a long long time.

did you loosen that nut at 8:30 after partially removing the bumper or before?
Sorry for the late response partially removing you can put a good amount of tension on the wiring harness you’ll be fine either way
