obviously it will cost more than it is worth, however the cost will be offset a fair amount by a your satisfaction when it is all sorted and also the car will actually be worth more than pre-sorting the issues!
I had a colleague that had to sell his Cayenne due to the massive amount of money he was loosing repairing the car. No reliability in german cars anymore. They need a full service every year 💸
I'd basically get an E-Hybrid Base Cayenne with 3.0 V6 engine for that money, under pre-approved warranty. £11k is way too much to spend on a car this old. My 4 year old Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid is under a repair in a Porsche Dealership right now, I highly doubt the cost of the repair would be different between this variant and the newer variant (E3). It feels like that repair cost is basically dumped into the drain.

Blue smoke means your oil and fuel burns together exhausting that blue smoke
You pays your money you takes your choice!....a saying I've heard my Dad say many a time!
Considering you said it drives like a new car and when new it was about £80,000 I think you’ve got a bargain paying just over 1/8 of the original cost 👍
Do we know why the boost pipes were full of oil. It shouldn't be there. Where did it come from?
I love these cars there so good nothing new can compare to them there amazing
I can't wait to buy one like this one day
The 500£ for earwindow wipers was not necessary.
Mat You need to press Sport and Dsc off- then You get full power
It seems like Porsche dealerships are really decent. Saw the way they treated Mat Armstrong and came away thinking they are decent people who treat their customers very well, fairly and are clearly passionate about their vehicles. Seems to be the same with Mat Watson too. Also, it’s clear that this Cayenne has aged very well and is testament to the exceptional engineering.
They are I had a classic 944 1986 and they treated it like a new car even cleaned out the inside amazing service even though expensive but that's what you pay for
I don´t know mate, I think tires are overrated - I´m tired of tyres, just drive more slowly. Be thankful for the rain coming through the roof, you´ll never have to worry about dry air. Maybe you could grow some plants inside the car? And the oil burning thing... I mean, it gives the car character, doesn´t it?
I had the same Cayenne Turbo, it was nothing but trouble. It was a great car though when it did not give me any troubles. I got rid of it.
Quality video, wonder why they never recall if the issues are known?
obviously it will cost more than it is worth, however the cost will be offset a fair amount by a your satisfaction when it is all sorted and also the car will actually be worth more than pre-sorting the issues!
Cool - Love also My Cayenne. We Need more Videos Like That
This video reminds why most owners don’t use main dealers on older cars!
Brilliant as always MAT.. 👍
Turned out a very nice car 😊
I bought one of this 08 plate 4.8l petrol for 800£ and sold it for 2900 :)) don’t get me wrong, that was quick it’s has 120k millage on the clock
New wheels maybe? Proper turbo wheels. Love it, more content?!
Hello Mat. I was wondering if you could talk about the carwash industry, in regards to workers getting paid like 50 to 90 a day for a 10 hour shift with no holiday pay. We love cars but we don't seem to care about the people who work hard to help keep them looking good.
