Last year I paid Rs.29464 and whereas this year,they send me demand notice for Rs.48654 which seems to be abnormal. For as senior how is possible to pay such huge premium.what govt is doing and no help the senior citizens. As a adviser why can't you take proper manner to the govt.

I think copay is different from out of pocket deductible. Copays are a fixed fee you pay when you receive covered care like an office visit or pick up prescription drugs. A deductible is the amount of money you must pay out-of-pocket toward covered benefits before your health insurance company starts paying. In most cases your copay will not go toward your deductible.
