I usually opt for a traditional Cobb salad: - a tossed salad made typically with chopped chicken or turkey, tomatoes, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, blue cheese, and lettuce and dressed with a vinaigrette or perhaps some traditional French or Thousand Island dressing. Hi Michele! Really loved the video and the recipe 🥰 I was wondering how you can keep going from morning to evening with just simple carbs, almost no fats or proteins.. I would be starving 10 min later :( I’ve been vegan for 10 years by now and when I was eating mainly carbs I was eating all the time, expecially when I was mainly on fruits and veggy only. I’m not judging, just wondering.. Thank you so much if you’ll replay, have a nice cozy winter ❤
Hi Francesca, I typically eat what I share here within an intermittent fasting window from around 9 - 3 or 4 pm. I eat my first meal around 9 or 10 am (the juice berries, then followed by the wraps) and then my main meal at around 12 or 1 pm (so in this case, the pasta meal having a larger portion of just that one small plate shown in this video). I typically eat 2 large meals and eat until I'm satisfied. I used to always feel hungry before eating in this manner, but adding in the IF really helped me be able to cue into my true hunger signals rather than just eating when it was "time to eat" or out of boredom or emotion. I personally feel so much more satisfied and light eating this way. I definitely eat fat too :) I aim to eat around 10-20% fat daily. I didn't have fat here in this video, but most days its included in my salad or main meal. I hope that helps you understand where Im coming from :) Its hard to get a fully accurate portrait of my everyday full eating in a short video 😂 All the best!
The wrap was in the water too long - just dip it in until it is moistened all over, then take it out. It will continue to soften as you fill and roll it up.
Hi Sharon, thanks for the advice. The wraps that didn’t work well for me were staying hard in the water so I needed to keep them in about 30 seconds. It’s the same time frame I use for the wraps that do work for me. There are probably many systems to make it work. Thank you for sharing yours 😊

You can use any type of noodle you’d like. This just happened to be what I had in my house that day. If you want a higher protein pasta, you could try a bean pasta or lentil pasta.😊
You can put any greens you enjoy. Personally I typically put as much of a green or herb like kale, chard, dandelion leaf, parsley, cilantro etc as I can handle, a lemon, ginger, a cucumber, celery, and 1 to 2 apples for sweetness.

The rice wrap was too wet. I just dip them for a few seconds. On a plate with warm water on it. It continues to soften well you add your filling.
I love getting raw veggies in with rice wraps. In our family we call them salad rolls and each person picks their fave dressing.
