I'm a "very recent" big fan of webspoon and onions but... it would take me several lifetimes to try all his recipes as I could only try one per month to avoid dying from clogged arteries.
When I saw you making the bacon wrapped cheeseburger onion rings, my jaw dropped to the floor!!!! Trying that recipe first!! It must be so delicious...👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😁 Two thumbs up and five stars, my man.
I tried the bacon wrapped cheeseburger onion rings, and they were very very disappointing. I had to cook them one hour before they were done and then no flavor.

The BBC is good, don't get me wrong, and I'm not criticising them - they make excellent cookery programmes. it's just that your approach is somehow fresh, unique and so innovative and that makes it compulsory viewing - the BBC's efforts look quite jaded in comparison. Ten out of ten to the BBC for David Attenborough's wildlife documentaries - ten out of ten for your contemporary cooking programmes. Horses for courses!
Did you know that if you cut an onion open, it will absorb any bacteria in the air? If you feel a cold coming on, you can cut an onion in half and place it near you while you sleep.
Once you cut an onion open you should use it because if it sits around, even if it’s wrapped in foil or plastic wrap, it begins to absorb the bacteria in the air, especially what grows in your fridge.
“If you feel a cold coming on” means you’re already infected. Cutting an onion near you to absorb bacteria (and btw, the common cold is caused by a virus…) isn’t gonna help, unless it pulls the bacteria from inside you too?
The chemical in onions that irritates the eyes is attracted to moisture. I use a saucer of water next to the cutting board to keep it away from my eyes.

I do not like yolks that are not fully cooked is there a substitute for this part of the recipe. I can't wait to try the bacon wrapped onion rings such a clever idea.
If you prefer fully cooked yolks, you can certainly make changes to the recipe. Instead of whole eggs, you can try using scrambled eggs or a mixture of egg whites with the filling of your choice. 🥓🧅🍳
Excellent channel mate just how a cooking show should be done. love it. I like some of the tools you are using, pots, pans, knifes, etc etc, have you thought about putting list together of the equipment you use and then putting affiliate links to them?
In Australia we have a grower who has invented a tearless onion….but there are only limited supplies because he needs to grow more when the growing season is right.

Put a onion slice in your mouth, before you start chopping, and you will salivate like crazy, but not cry, doesn't work on everyone.
