Thank you so much for this tutorial, Jenny! I've been following your channel for about a year now, but I never actually went ahead and tried any of the patterns. This video finally made me buy fabric on Saturday. Yesterday I spent all morning cutting fabric and today I finished my first hashtag after work. I'm a newbie on the sewing machine and quite proud of how precise and nicely it turned out. As I'm still slow, this project is probably going to keep me busy till Christmas, but I can't wait for it to be done. Can we share our results with you on Instagram or Facebook or somewhere? It would be fun to see how other's projects turn out! Best regards from Berlin, Germany!

I am old enough that we called it the pound sign until I was in high school--but if i made this for my little sister I'd leave one row with one block, and the rest white. And I'd hand-applique the word hashtag because she used to like saying #hashtag. Lol
