As a Muslim, this is embarrassing to watch. You can't use a social event at a professor's private residence to practice your so called first amendment and free speech. The female professor was very nice to her. I would have called the police and get them evicted.
The Quran makes it clear that Islam is not about universal brotherhood, but about the brotherhood of believers. Since you are a Muslim, it means that there's no difference between you and them. As Allah says in the Quran: ""The Believers are but a single Brotherhood." - Quran (49:10) Plus why do these Muslims mingle around with non-Muslims anyway? Hasn't Allah already forbidden Muslims not to be friends with people who are not Muslims?
Quran (55:80) - "You will see many of them befriending those who disbelieve; certainly evil is that which their souls have sent before for them, that Allah became displeased with them and in Chastisement shall they abide."
All in all, Islam is very clear in teaching that there's no equality between believers and unbelievers, and hence no basis for friendship which is a relationship between peers. Those who do not profess Muhammad are intended to exist in subjugation to those who do. This does not preclude Muslims from acting friendly toward others who have different beliefs, of course, but it does not constitute friendship as it is generally understood by people living in this modern world today. Your religion also has given us the understanding that Islam is far from uniting people but dividing people.
As usual non muslims targeting islam start by saying they are muslims then they start aiming at muslims.

Israel is a sovereign state and is obliged to protect its citizens when they are attacked in a state of war.
In this case, adequate defense means eliminating the existential threat that Hamas poses to Israel.
A country has the right to defend itself when its borders are violated by an act of war, especially when this violation comes at the hands of a terrorist organization, whose official documents call for genocide against the Israeli people.

@ayeletarzouan6610 Yes, exactly. And this will likely be the downfall of western society. Western society is tolerant, which is wonderful when promoting the advancement and betterment of human rights and civil liberties...but a downfall if it allows advacencement of ideologies which nobody is allowed to criticize (ie Islam). And also if that Ideology has so much hate and violence in its fundamental text. People who say Islam is "peaceful" either have not read the Quran and Hadiths...or perhaps they just take it contextually. But since the Quran and Hadiths instruct literal interpretations (or at least the killing or making an enemy out of of those who don't), itis near impossible to actually be a peaceful religion. More than a thousand years and still no reform from the original texts, just as much violence/oppression, and it is still trying to colonize the world (as also instructed in the Quran/Hadiths).
The Islamic State of ISIS is an example of a "true Muslim" society. Hamas is trying to do the same. After reading the Quran and Hadiths, you'll realize that that ISIS is not an annomoly or extremist. They are a fundamentalist Islamic State in its true form, true to the Quran and Hadiths. And "moderate Muslims" enjoying freedoms in western societies need to wake up and realize that the values of the ideology that they are promoting and the groups they are supporting its anything but peaceful.

If those are law students I hope I never need a lawyer!!! How rude to come into someone’s home and make 🫏🫏🫏🫏of themselves!!
Thank Maxine Waters for this ( to protest by getting in an opponent's face, even if in restaurants ), and the Democratic Party for not clamping down on criminal behavior of protesters outside of Supreme Court justices' homes. It will come back to bite you.
Lesson: if you're a professor never never invite your students to your house. Do all the activities in the campus!
It's truly appalling how some people have the audacity to claim they have the right to forcefully take over a social event that they are NOT hosting in someone ELSE'S home to go on a tirade! NO way!
They asked her to leave several times. She refused.
Fisk should not have let her anger get the best of her and grabbing this young woman.... Because now this student will exploit that to no avail... That she was assaulted... discriminated... Etc.
The students have really crossed the line - it's their house ffs
Liberals 😂😂😂
Islamists. Well, it's almost the same nowadays..
She's a graduating law student and she doesn't even understand the First Amendment.
The professor of law then puts her hands on the student. Isn't that assault? The professor wasn't being physically attacked by the student.
If they wanted her off their property, they should have called police. But to me, both professors looked like the kind of people that were for defunding.
It didn't take the women professor long before she went into full Karen mod, did it?
Grabbing a microphone is reasonable force. Can you give an example of when someone grabbing a microphone or trying to get someone to leave is assault?
Then every bouncer at every bar would be charged with assault.
@@derekaitken if the microphone/house belongs to the student, if she was scared and using the microphone to ask for help at the moment..........
@@winwin8129 When she was asked to leave she should have done so. It is PRIVATE PROPERTY.
@@scottambrose2885 To me, these people don't respect law and order. They study law only to facilitate to achieve their political goals.
Fisk puts her hand on the student not just the microphone when the student is trying to pull away from her.
That looks like assault to me.
At the end of the video Nico talks about students not having the right to disrupt and takeover someone else's events.
But isn't that exactly what Berkley students do when a speaker they disagree with comes to speak at the campus.
Has Dean Chemerinsky and his wife every objected to that.
The "Freedom of Speech Movement" started at Berkely in 1964 and students saying whatever they want wherever they want seems to have become the norm at
Berkley.
The student seems to be acting according to this norm, and Dean Chemerinsky and his wife seem to be objecting because it's literally in their backyard.
Maybe if the law student had gone to a less radical school, she would have learned that the First Amendment has limitations.
Think about this. What if a student had gotten up at that same party and said all supporters of Donald Trump are racists, homophobes, misogynists, xenophobes, and deplorables.
You think the Berkley professors would have taken the microphone away from the student? I don't think so.
In my opinion, the incident is the epitome of liberal hypocrisy.
The correct behavior for the professors would have been to call the police and have the student escorted off of their property.
Now that video would have really gone viral.
