- Agile is one of the widely used in Software development industry and having knowledge on Agile is one of the most expected out of candidates.
Most people believe that Agile means faster development and delivery of software, but that is not the case. In this video, I tried to debunk several assumptions on Agile and tried my best make the audience understand the different types of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) like Waterfall, Win-Win, Spiral, and Agile.
In short this video is all about a detailed introduction to the Agile software development.

Video va theliva paarunga. Waterfall diagram ah vachi step by step nu assume pannika venam. Agile, waterfall or anything, ellathayum step by step ah than panni aganum. The final result, final product at the end of last stage la than u can see in waterfall, but in agile, u will see the results for the intermediate steps. Mid term , cycle test, annual exam nu inoru example sollirupen. Cheetah example is to indicate if anything goes wrong change of plans.

I would not recommend any institution. You won't get any better quality than youtube channels. I'm not just talking about my channel, I'm taking about RUclips tutorials in general. Since you are a newbie , start from agile videos, then jira videos and then manual testing videos. Finish these first and get back will instruct you to what to learn next.
