yea this was early on, I wear a denim vest and long sleeves now. It still isnt much but its better than just a t shirt
We all make our choices. I prefer not to wear any heavy materials / long sleeves, because I get too hot, too easily.
I do not negotiate on helmet, though. Every ride. Every time.
Problem is it’s hot here in Florida I’d only do it on a highway

theres something called a motorcycle license and a normal drivers license. your gonna need a car first cuz ur have to have a drivers license before u can get a motorcycle license

Those handlebars are dope! Did they come stock on your seventy-two? Or did you switch out the stock seventy-two handlebars for the ones in this video?
They were already included when i purchased the bike from my local harley shop. The previous owner had installed them and majority of the other parts included. They are called 'z bars' but i am unsure of the mnfctr.

@@yungchainsm0ker298 I have a car, which I can't give up; it's necessary to lug my sisters around, can be used in snow and rain, can carry stuff, etc etc - more versatile.
Good news is, I've saved enough that I should be able to buy a bike this coming Spring. :)

Wear gesr dude. If you fall at that speed, you won't ride again, trust me. I fell 10mph in gravel. It hurts. Rolipped a hole in my jacket. Landed on for arm. Would've been all scratched up if I wasn't wearing any gesr. Godbless you, brother.

Real nice bike. I always loved the look of the 72. The only thing I never liked about them, is the tiny gas tank. If I ever got one, I'd have to upgrade it to at least a standard 3.3 tank. I never understood why they didn't do that, to begin with.

Sweet sound! And, I have two pairs of those exact gloves, and ...like anything good, the MoCo of course discontinued them, never to be replaced with another proper perforated glove for summer riding.
From San Clemente - Ride Forever!
My first real motorcycle was a HondaCM-185 Twin Star. I was a teaching assistant so l parked my bike in the teacher's parking lot and nobody said boo about it. A picture of me looking at a 2 page Honda ad in Cycle World.in the year book. That's my riding to school 🏫 story.

unfortunately a dangerous one. People drive like shit. Dont notice you etc. Thats why i got the camera, so that when i was hit id have it on video for insurance purposes. Its really not IF, its WHEN.

@@anthonycampos8057 there are classes you can take but for me it was natural i have been riding dirt bikes and such since i was younger. Not anything real consistently, i did do bmx for a long time so im comfortable on two wheels. Some of my buddies who i used to bmx with now have dynas that they wheelie and shit, its wild the stunts people are pulling on them. But there are classes to get you comfortable and teach you tips on riding a motorcycle. I did the class for insurance reasons but id say you just gotta get a bike and ride it to learn, no other way around it
I refuse to pay for parking at my school so parking can be a bit annoying sometimes. A bike would make the fair weather days so much easier.

Mr. Borjas everyone takes a spill at least once I've been riding for 8 years on my 7th year riding was my first spill. Thank God it was colder out cuz I was wearing my leather jacket. I usually only wear a vest and a long sleeve t-shirt.

They only made them for a few years, and as the name implies, it's meant to be a throwback to the 1970s styling. They also have one that is still in production today, called the Forty-Eight.

uhh its a community college and its a 2015 sportster...I paid for it by myself and it isnt that hard to save up a few grand to get one..now there are actual rich kids who went there that drove bentleys and lambos to that school but they were all foreigners and i have no clue where their money came from...but yea this bike is worth a few grand nothing special...

@@GoldenGod69 yea at the time i bought it was 9,999 but i traded in a bike that was passed down to me and added like 2grand to buy it outright. Ended up selling it and then having the money taken by the cops in a raid even though my bill of sale was next to the money...currently waiting for the courts to re open so i can try and get it back

I did time on a situation that had nothing to do with the money and sales, they tried to say it was proceeds of drugs but it truly wasnt which is lame cause ill unlikely ever see that money again. Personally i dont hate all cops though even after having them pretty much tax me for getting in trouble and stealing my money legally. I cant blame every cop for the dickhead detectives on my case

i think you mean camera lol, it was mounted onto the mouth area essentially on a full face helmet. I used 3m double sided tape. Held on really strong but also had a thin wire as a safety net essentially to connect the camera to the helmet also in case of a situation where it blows off..idk how to describe that part but it was a very short wire right behind the camera and was wrapped around one of the gaps for airflow.

Nice, just be careful.. odds are youll push the limits when first getting a license whether it be for two wheels or 4, so in either case dont go too crazy. As the instructor at the course i took said "I lost 0 marines in Iraq, but lost 2 to motorcycle accidents, be careful out there"..
@@concentratecorner1744 As a Marine, I can confirm this statement. Had a SSgt tell me he returned from deployment with 0 casualties. One of his Marines went and bought a bike to celebrate and wound up killed in a light rain the next week. Always always always be aware of everything when you ride.

Be like my mom and just let your kids drive what they want as long as they pay for it my 23 year old brother is currently driving a Harley himself and I just bought a dirtbike my mom don’t like the idea of my brother on a Harley but she knows he’s capable of making his own decisions so she let him and I buy motorcycles
