Bahut honest jankari hai apki. mai apka video jab tk nhi dekh leta tabtk concept clear nhi hota hai.
I am from India now settled in Canada . I eat mostly everyday as a break fast. I put good amount of frozen vegetables, tomatoes, Mushrooms,broccoli mixed with Indian spices and boil in water then add oats..cook for 7 to 10min till it becomes pasty like kheer.... its an awesome breakfast.

सर बहुत सारी बताना चाहता हूँ लेकिन दो शब्दों में कहूँगा खाने पीने का अनुशासन, kelori intake should not exceed than body need, for some days take less calories than need and there after balanced kelories may be taken.
कुछ दिनों मे बोडी के अनावश्यक फेट निकलने व खून का fatless होने पर glands ठीक काम करने पर एक के साथ सहयोगी बीमारियां भी चलती बनी। इन्सुलिन, थाईराइड, बीपी, मोटापा कमजोरी हटकर कुछ अलग ही महसूस करोगे ।

When oats go into the stomach, they take longer time to move from stomach and that gives a feeling of fullness to the patient. Hence patient avoids eating as some individuals have habit of regular snack eating. That's how oats can be beneficial in reducing the calories intake.
Actually, this is not true if you're eating the regular oats available in shops like masala oats etc. These are instant oats that increase your blood glucose very quickly and then you'll feel hungry soon. To feel full one needs to eat high fibre foods, whether it's some form of oats or any other grain. For example, rajma or chole or daal with skins are all very high in fibre and eating them will make you feel full for a longer duration.

@@birendrasinghthapa4200, you can eat pure rolled oats or pure steel cut oats but not the instant oats or masala oats or oats mixed with sugar etc. that are easily available in the market. The rolled oats or steel cut oats should be plain without any added flavours, sugars or anything else added. You can buy these online since they are not usually available in shops.

Oats helps in weight loss n looks tone. Earlier I was on diet without carbs for long . And later I take 100 hm per day. Now Im happier energetic n toner than before when my diet was only meat n veggies.n yes u dnt feel like eating other foods even if u feel like havin it . Oats will keep u full for long.

Oats are available in many different forms. The best form of it is "hulled oats" or "oat groats" . Next one is " steel cut oat" . These are the healthiest as they are unprocessed. Other variants are "rolled oats" , "instant oats" and " masala oat" .

I think you have never eaten oats....
If you take 100g of oats in breakfast... Probably you are not going to eat anything for that whole day. A standard serving size of oats is about 30-40gm. If you take that much oats at 8am...you shall not feel hungry till 2-3pm.
Yes and the doctor is saying that people who are loosing weight should not eat oats . First thing he/she should eat is oats unless their body can't digest oats

50 grams oats mein 160-190 calories hote hain, itna hi amount weight loss ke liye bhi nashte mein kha sakte hain. Weight loss ya Weight gain ya kisi bhi health purpose ke liye kisi bhi food ko sirf calories ke basis par add ya discard nahi kar sakte.
More important concern is that woh calories kahan se aa rahe.. Fat se kitna, Carbs se kitna aur Protein se kitna? Fat empty calories waale items se badhta hai jo plain carbs hain jaise white rice ya maida wagera.
Oats complex carb wala balanced food item hai n weight loss mein bilkul kha sakte hain sirf portion size ka khayal rakhna hoga.Oats does not contain too much starch or sugar like wheat products. Oatmeal is high in soluble fiber, rich in protein, minerals, vitamins with various health benefits. Insaan mota ho ya patla har aadmi ko hi din ki shuruat mein healthy calories chahiye hoti hai. 50 grams oats in skimmed or double tonned milk with two egg whites is an ideal breakfast for people looking for weight loss.
Calorie is not the only parameter to evaluate a food item even in standard clinical practices.

Oat has soluble fiber which lowers cholesterol , wheat has insoluble fiber which help stool to pass easily so both grain important , remember any grain too much causes belly fat . Balance meal
