Made this last night, used the written recipe as guide which included feta. I served it over rice. Such an easy, delicious, and nourishing meal. As an American, had to figure out what "high grill" setting is, and learned it's just the broiler setting. Keeper recipe!

yet another take on shakshuka. I am amazed at how many variations there are, and I do not mean individual differences in basically the same thing; I mean wholly different versions. And this does not count the many hybrid versions I have made up on the spot based on available ingredients--all nice but most never to be repeated simply because I will not remember the details later.

I enjoy the interplay between the two of you. Charming and real. But Noor. did you have to tell him what to do ? But then I remembered who is the Boss. 😊👏🏽👏🏽🙏🏽

Question; I'd like to grow some mint for cooking, but what should I grow, spearmint, peppermint or another suggestion.

I'm curious - why do you always use salt AND PEPPER? Why is everyone using the combination of salt and pepper on everything? I understand the salt being universally used but... the pepper? To me it is a very strange habit of putting pepper everywhere when there are so much more other spices you can use... Genuinely curious about this thing.

Why are you grilling directly on aluminum foil? It's unhealthy. It is best to use baking paper. I'm pretty disappointed😌
