I made the broccoli dish and the twice baked potatoes with za'atar pesto and it was so delicious. Thanks for the recipe and inspiration.

One of the best recipes I’ve tried. Not a bit of leftovers bc sweet potato for breakfast!

Wished I had Smell-o-vision -- could only imagine how the kitchen smelled. Loved the interactions between Noor and Chaya! What a positive presentation of these amazing food ideas! Chaya's energy mixed with Noor's knowledge -- Wow!

Mmmm we made the za'atar pesto for the Mediterranean mac and cheese and it's incredible, definitely going to remake it for this!

Chaya, ignore Noor’s chillie-shaming! I’m with you on the delights of spicy peppers, especially infused in oil. The potatoes and broccoli make for a marvelous meal, with that delightfully perky za’atar pesto topper! Noor, I know what you mean, getting a Middle Eastern za’atar, with hyssop rather than thyme. I also can’t resist a sprinkling of sumac all over the plate.

I love your food and recipes, especially the vegan ones. Could you please show more recipes from Lebanon? My friends and I love their food but we don’t know how to prepare it properly.

These are great! I just LOVE watching you guys spar with each other! Everything looks so delicious. I want to work with you. Ha ha. I will be trying all of the recipes. I made the Curried Cauliflower cheese fill pie tonight. It was exceptional. Thank you! Yummm. Served with a simple salad as you suggested.

My middle eastern market has so many kinds of za'atar - Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian, and Jordanian - which do you use/recommend - they are all different 😃

This looks amazing! What could you use instead of coriander for the pesto? Parsley? Basil?

    • @Ottolenghi

Sweet potatoes have a much lower glycemic index you could use those instead (or maybe one white potato and 3 sweet so you still have the combo).

    • @Misha1369

Please, those cooks are hardly suffering. I wish my skin looked that healthy.
