It’s fascinating how location changes the price so much!
Painful to know it
Looks like a standard flat in London to me?
I was still patiently waiting for the *Penthouse WOW factor* but again this just shows how ridiculous prices are in London. Less is definitely not more I'm afraid.
Marylebone High St area is more appealing, where this so-called penthouse is located is also one of Londons busiest/worst streets to live by....that is A501due to being on the border of the congestion zone and heavy daily traffic is a nightmare if you're commuting/driving daily. Due to the pandemic, you'll definitely be driving around with expected traffic ranging anywhere from 20-30 mins.
2.25 mil to have my kettle on top of a chopping board? And one space for one sofa??!?! London pricing is crazy
Well you can move the chopping board and there's a whole kitchen island. Considering the insane location it's not the worst pricing
Ya but u can get much better than this
I spent the whole day watching all the video on this channel...just about watching the last video and I got a notification of a new upload😅😅...Big fan , I love this channel 🙏🙏
Be sure to check out our channel showing similar property tours!
Loving how consistent you guys are!
For that price i will rather invest in a property outside London honestly a big house with a garden and perhaps a swimming pool. Not an apartment.Just my thoughts.
Well done guys for updating us with vlogs.
Always wondered what it looked liked in that building as I use to walk passed that building a lot. It’s just needs some minor cosmetic updates and some outdoor landscaping could do wonders with planters, seating and outdoor heater etc. Plus extra storage outside could be installed.
Hmmm...I know.
It’s funny how you said about the weather being unpredictable because today (the day after) it has snowed and been sunny and changed every few minutes 😂
tbh thats a total dump for that kind of money .. an empty gap in loft with some appliances and a sofa and a table for that price
Totally agree - bedsit vibes for 2M quid. In summer those attic flats get broiling - I lived in one - never again without Aircon.
Loving your content, a regular viewer and I'm loving how your subscribers are now over 160K, congrats!!! Can you do a house tour in North London?
Thankyou! We are doing an apartment tour in North London soon :)
Guys this is cracking, there is just something about Central London converted apartments and the charm and architecture is just stunning. Yes I will have this one thanks 😆. Really lovely apartment very well designed and love the unique features they have kept throughout the apartment building. 👏 👏 great job
As many people know Surrey is very well known for its luxurious private estates. Please make a video about mansions in places St. George's Hill Estate, The Crown Estate, Wentworth Estate 😉
Uggh I love London but pricing is all over the place and why would I pay just over £2mil for a 3 bed apartment that is no bigger than an apartment where I live in East Sussex for £150k max 😂
Because nobody wants to be found dead in that city of you
@@raffyoei6647 Can you say that in English?
Because its East Sussex, its s shit hole compared to central london
It’s not all over the place at all. Pricing is very predictable dependent on postcode and zone. This apartment is 3 mins from Regents Park, hence the price tag.
i have been following for a few month's , not said a word , but i love your honest and straight forward points of view's , love your guides
I've always wondered how to pronounce "Marylebone". Thanks for finally clarifying!
It's actually Mah-Ruh-Lee-Bone
Disappointing interia and those bathrooms hehe. Shame, such a beautiful location and building itself .
The 1980's boyband shirt is back!
Dreadful flat for the price.
I agree
Loving the variety of houses on this channel!!
Just found you guys’s channel and it these videos make me so relaxed! Thanks for helping calm my anxiety guys
It’d be cool if you could show us more houses with ocean view or lake view. Appreciate it.
The latest video on our channel has a beach view in Sandbanks, Poole - Full House Tour
Love the work you guys do! Looking beautiful as always x
Great location and a nice layout Penthouse, bit quirky, but I liked it, Matt & Summer. Another great tour.
You didn't mention the proximity to Edgware Road station considering you can actually see the platforms from the lounge window!
@@ramanidurvasula4287 ???
Great feelgood factor with this Channel makes you feel like a Millionaire even if your not....
Summer did you go outside on the terrace with a coat? I was shivering for you!
nope 🥶😥 it was very cold!
LOL, nice view of the Euston Road. I've spent many an enjoyable hours in traffic queues on that horror of a road. Well known as one of the highest levels of pollution in the UK. Good that they have secondary glazing. The interior is quite dated but I do love what they've done with the outdoor space.
Terrible flat!! Location yes, but for that price buy something else!! Well done guys for showing us anyway...
Can u do a Property tour in Kingston as the houses there are amazing , I believe
Hey Dinesh! We have a property tour of a house in Banstead, not too far from Kingston - Check it out!
Depends where in Kingston. Ones up in the Coombe area of Kingston are pretty impressive. There are some nice ones next to the river as well.
I looked outside the window today and it was indeed snowing! Mid-spring and right after the heatwave!
Summer is looking good
Love this place. Think it’s great for the price
Love your videos, the consistency and quality and your humor. Amazing 👌❤
This flat is so underwhelming! I know these are central London prices and obviously it’s a prime location, but I was expecting a bit more!
By the way I looovvee your content!
If you know where the flat is in London then you know the first thing you see when stepping out is a VERY busy dual carriageway, why would anyone spend £2.25m to have that on your doorstep?
Garbage place. Awful.
The last room is cool! Full of books and linking to an open area!
I love these guys 👌❤
What a lovely building!
2.25 millon to have a half built kitchen no bigger than my bedside cabinet. 2 bedrooms that aren't decent sizes and why is there two separate bathrooms and not an ensuite?
Omg 1st person to like this love Matt and Summer my house is sold! Yayay xxxxxxx
0:32 - It proves how astronomical property prices in London are!
Great vid guys - thanks! I live about 15 min drive from Marylebone and have always loved the architecture and vibe of the area. The apartment itself is ok - won’t lie it’s not really getting me that excited but the actual building is stunning- it’s got a real old skool charming look. Oh yeh while I’m at it - you should check out Oslo Court round the corner in St John’s wood- it’s an apartment block with a well known very old skool restaurant within it- the celebs love it.
Great video keep it up always love the content, always look forward to watching ur videos.
I love your channel 😍
thank you so much!
Thanks for another video guys, love them. However, I must say this is a very underwhelming apartment. Thats central for you I guess!
Great video thank you for sharing
This isn’t related to this house but Does anyone know if a new built is likely to accept basement extensions?
I'm not sure nowadays, but a few years ago, basement extensions were all the rage among London's upper classes. Those basements are more like rabbit warrens.
I’d prefer apartments at Park Lane, in future. Midway to Harrods and Selfridges Oxford Street. For my shopping
Amazing vid ! I like more of these central London apartments
What was that silver/chrome thing on the bathroom wall? I suspect a heater of some sort.
That £250,00 for a parking space😅🤔🤔😌..... that is mortgage money
The growth of this channel is scarily rapid😂
Not feeling this one. Thanks you guys!
Very interesting video thank you for sharing.
Lovely flat, pity it is by such a busy road. Great video thanks
I was just thinking how quiet the road looked, due to restrictions no doubt.😊
I don't anything good about that place except location.i am sure u get wayyyy better for that price, u would totally redo the rooftop terrace to even make it safe, new windows etc,
You wouldn't be allowed to make those changes. The building has historical restrictions on it.
A nice mention to STORROR. There's a few more around St John's wood Penthouses. Thanks again. :)
Can you do real estate in the Chigwell/Woodford or South Woodford/Wanstead area of East London ?
Can you show a house in weybridge? It’s where I’m from and it’s home to some of the nicest houses in the UK, good video 👏
The interior finishing and décor are quite basic for such a heavy hitting location
My faves ❤️
Please do oxford 🤞❤️✨
I live in Oxford:)
@@ambers-tome8326 same :)
Push :)
Love love
I really don't understand how all of the wonderful details are almost always striped away. The interiors never reflect the exterior
I love it ❤
Firsttt love your channel could you do more properties in Clacton/ Ipswich or Folkestone/ Dover for 250000-300000
Great location, very average finishes...
Looking very very nice. Thank you for tour.
Where are you guys from? I can't quite figure out your accent.
Nice properties indeed
Nottingham
Great location and another great vid guys
this is a prime exapmle of paying for location and not the actual place you're actually gonna live in
I was waiting for wales houses tour just 2 is not enough please want some more in Cardiff and Newport
so insane!! I'd love to see what you can find in South Wales!
2:29 interesting contrast - some high end Miele appliances - and the CHEAP Neff oven lol
When you point out furniture as you’re doing the tour, does the furniture come with the property?
This is just price for location’s sake. I now feel like one has to buy between zone 3/4 to be close enough to central without feeling like you live in the backwaters
What would you guys rather have yourselves? A big country estate or a nice London flat?
£250000 for a packing space? That's crazy
Sooo when will we be getting your house tour? 😉😉
LOL, this is the lift, this the oven, this is a table
Can you do more affordable homes please!
Wouldn’t pay such amount of money for that property to be honest. If I had it 😊
Matt with the drip 🔥
I would except a nicer interior for 2.250m and views - let's be honest those aren't the nicest views for 2.250m. NB love your content.
I love the paint at the entrance , anyone know the artist ?
That is one naughty jacket that!
I don’t understand, why show a generally dark apartment with all the blinds halfway down? The effect is to make the apartment look even darker than it is. I know it’s London, but that’s a very cramped space. Everything looks squashed together. For 3 million dollars, it’s not very much space at all
So yesterday the coast is so today.
SOLD !!!!
For all that money what a badly designed kitchen with the fridge sticking out too modern for me. Thank you for sharing as love these sneak peeks 🦘🐨🇦🇺
England , if you don't like the weather, then wait five minutes...
Disappointingly tiny, expensive and unstylish. Sorry
Fire as always
Loving all the London stuff
His white jacket is horrendous.😂
Summer reaction to champ 😂
Be good to see you guys do properties on the Wirral..
Am I the only one missing the daily uploads? 😅
Staggering.
Can we get some form scotland??
Amazing location but the buyer needs to redo the interior fully !!
