I'm not sure if I want my bedroom open to the noise and food odors coming from downstairs. A terrace overlooking a factory and an unsightly canal is not my idea of a scenic view. Also, what is it with Brits and the induction cooktops??? I would expect to see a gas stove in an apartment this nice.
maybe it's the fire regulations doesn't allow to have proper gas stove for cooking. I would also agree the food odors and noise from downstairs too....I would perhaps use the space for study/ office etc
I always wonder how people get their homes warm in the winter time, with so much space and ceiling height. I could only see regular radiators here and there, any secret heating systems?
@@LocationLocationLondon ah our ex apartment at Vertus Canary Wharf uses Camerich furniture. They look nice and modern and less expensive than those italian brands. I do love the apartment. Which part of East London may I ask?
I've been in quite a few aparments in that building, they're nearly all great spaces, although this looks to be the best finished I've seen. The area has changed so much, you had hardly any amenities 10 years ago, but now there are quite a few cafe/bars nearby. Building can get cold though as it's difficult to put secondary glazing on those original window (you can but it's not cheap). Share of freehold, although maintenance fees for the estate, but still good value for a great home. Great review BTW!
@@jamesjameson4566 private social housing. Trust me poplar is not the area to live in. It doesn’t matter how much they try to gentrify it (because of Canary Wharf ). The people that make poplar are disgusting
No utility room. Also open bedroom directly over kitchen. What if a fire broke out. No Protectionfrom smoke. Stunning but serious design flaws. Walls are there for a reason.
I like old factories. You would want AC with that roof space. I know the furniture is just there as an example, but the clock is from IKEA. I would have gone for a vintage factory clock from Pragotron.
This is my dream - got everything i've visualised!
A stunning apartment, such great interior architecture and finishes.

Great property and even better price!! 😍😍😍 Wish I wasn't poor 😫😭
Love the factory converted apartment. Tastefully done and it's freehold.
Cheers! One of the best factory conversions we've seen, credit to Camerich for the excellent staging too.

@@LocationLocationLondon oh nice. Been there a few times doing my walk and will probably check it out when back to Canary Wharf:). Thank you.

Sensational 💫💫💫
How much could this get me in rental? If I were to purchase around 20 of these properties, how much could these get me in monthly rental income?
That view, is that overlooking council property?
They are private housing ….
