    Great video!
In general with all London houses videos I watch on Youtub, I always notice that London houses regardless the price always have something the architecture or designer never thought, like lack of closets, lack of storage, none or lack of proper laundry space, not proper design in the bathrooms, main bedrooms next to the kitchen, only one bathroom, or the bathroom next to the kitchen, not enough sockets, space for only small fridge, and the list goes on. If you don’t live in London, it would look a bit off putting due to the price, but if you live here you’ll notice that base on the standards this is a great house! Great video, loved the house!

I’d paint the walls a different color to bring a little warmth. I’d stain the concrete floors a really pretty hardwood-like color to bring even more warmth but I do love the openness and ADORE the exposed brick and huge windows

Thanks for checking out the tour - That sounds like a great creative and interesting way to bring the space into your own!

This is lovely however I think I would expect the main principle bedroom to have an en-suite. Let it down. The upstairs was amazeballs. Also needed a utility for that price.

Thanks for watching! The bedrooms are of more of less equal proportion and two of them have en-suites so we guess any of them could operate as the principle suite, also it wasn't shown in the video but the entrance hall has utilities :)

As a painter, I would use the 3rd bedroom as my painting/yoga studio, that'd be the only change I'll make to this awesome property (maybe buy an antique cupboard/wardrobe).

A little pricey, even for London given the reduced square footage and with Hackney not being the most secure borough

This is shocking, looks awful and looks like a warehouse turnt into a flat . The conduits aren’t even chased into wall 😂😂😂 don’t be fooled by this lazy and unfinished warehouse

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the property tour. Industrial-style designs like this warehouse conversion can be a matter of personal taste. While exposed conduits and open layouts are deliberate choices to embrace the industrial aesthetic, we understand it might not appeal to everyone. Different opinions contribute to a well-rounded discussion on architectural styles 🙂
