Sir, mujhe martial art ke class mein 9 months ho gaye hai fir bhi meri side streching sirf 4 inch hui hai. Please mujhe streching complete karne ka solution bataiye. Mujhe bahot dard hota hai.
N number of similar videos floating at youtube, but what i figured out that one has to warm up all the groin muscles before trying any of the splits (Middle, Side or Front), And! yes, one could never escape from the pain and soreness of the groin muscles, so be ready!. Static, Dynamic, PNF, Active, Passive, 30-45 seconds hold all these stretches work, depends what suits the person. In the starting it will be very very painful and seem that the 'Split' would never happen but trust me with patience you will be amazed with the results. Just stay in safe zone while doing all these stretches and observe your body, where you actually need to improvise. And there might be mobility issue too, so take care of that first, our muscles are already much flexible than we think they are, mobility plays a vital role, so make sure to address it.
