Stop trying to correct Guyanese when y'all are wrong. It should be STEWED chicken and not stew chicken. Chicken stew is correct because it is a compound noun!
Also goes well with stew, just a few days ago that's what I bought from the Caribbean rest, roti, stew chicken and pumpkin and it came with curry channa.
