Hey Avran. I've been looking around the used market for a powder-specific board to add to the quiver, and I came across a 2016 Burton Family Tree Mod Fish for a decent price. I know you're not a huge fan of Burton, but was wondering if you've ever had the chance to ride the Mod Fish and, if so, what your thoughts are on it?
Angry Snowboarder lol i’m a skier who’s gone to the dark side and have been snowboarding for 4 years now I’d say i’m intermediate to advanced but i have no idea about the technicalities of snowboarding (stance set up and binding angles etc) lol so any recommendations will be great
yep, they feel quite different... the twin retains the playfulness and decent-ish edge hold, but it's more akin to the Free Thinker, a little less aggressive though.

@@AngrySnowboarder burton tells to size down. but with me 11.5 boot i think the 162 is the only option for me. still a good choice?

I think that's the only difference. I do know that it's a one and done board.
