Mercedes W211 E-Class Blower Motor Refresh / Clean & Lubricate

This shows you how to remove, clean and reinstall the factory BEHR blower motor found in the W211 E-Class.
This is a fix to help stop the chirping noise the blower motors make when the bearings get dry. All you need is some basic Torx screw drivers, and some synthetic grease (and compressed air is a bonus).

@Matty231 you actually can replace the brushes as long as they dont get so little to get chewed by the stator, just buy similar brushes and file them down to fit, i did it last year for a friend and renewed his motor for 4 euros kinda ridiculous. keep it up!

Hy mate.i got an mercedes benz a class A170,1.7 PETROL..in januray i coemback from holliday and heating in the car stop working,but before to i go to holliday was perfect working...in 4-5 minutes in the morning at -5 -7 degrade was working verry good...the car give the air warm,but verry verry low...someone told me that door what close the air to come can be block..or blower heater stuck..what you think can be?hoses at engien area ,what come from heater,are warm...so i think,i am not sure,maybe is somethign stuck?the air works on all level from 1 to 5,but when i chose warm air dont come warm air...is starnge as before holliday was perfect working

Hi mate. Not familiar with A class but I think either cooling system not bled properly or too low, the heater valve is stuck or faulty - or the circulation pump is faulty … I think should be just one of those 3. Can’t think it’s anything else especially if cold works.

Have you heard of scrubbing with your mouse and finding the right part? If that frustrates you lol you might need to get a mental health check because thats pretty sad.

@@thatmatty231guy no it's just frustrating when you find a video which is looks like it may lead to a clear and simple solution and in fact offers nothing of the sort. Trying to find the right part with my mouse, which is what I was doing was almost impossible. I don't like the format and I'm entitled to provide feedback, the same way you are entitled to disagree....
