The truck im wanting to trade for a basket case is currently sitting in NC and im in Indiana i have to fix a ground squirrel issue with a truck that was not all hacked up under the hood and yeah it is the 2000 dodge ram truck, anyway I'm aggravated i have to repair it and make it run thanks to the freaking ground squirrel because it was a running driving truck with decent oil pressure and the front suspension is completely rebuilt so it drove way better than most of them do no wander steering or death wobble and the transmission has already got the front pump input shaft seal and torque converter replaced so if you shifted this truck into reverse and didn't have your foot on the brake pedal it would just start backing up and almost all of the brake lines have been replaced with a complete set of stainless steel brake lines from classic tube out of ohio and this truck also still has its original Ohio title and owners manual and the factory ignition key with the Rams head cut into the plastic on the key and a fairly decent shape interior considering how most of them look it also suffers from the cracked dash but the speedometer cluster airbag switch hvac and stereo are still firmly mounted so unlike most of them the internal dash structure is still mostly intact but it does have a dash skinz dash cap and cluster bezel already installed but they were just trying to save the original dash the best they can, but the square tab on the main dash structure that holds the glovebox light is broken off and the switch just hangs in the glovebox so I pulled out the bulb since it doesn't shut off.... And honestly the worst part of my interior is it could use a bit better shape door panels...on the front doors, but the truck even though it has some rust around the edges isn't as bad as most of are, it has the original truck bed on it and it is a long bed making it kind of a odd truck for a 2000 ram 1500 quad cab 4x4, and it amazingly has almost completely solid floors and a decent frame i think eventually one of the rear shackles should be replaced but again compared to most of them in the northeast us this truck is decent.
