This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
Thank you for this video! I followed your directions and it didn’t work…so I basically pushed the rod up and down(as if I were plunging it and it kicked on…I think there must have been air in the line Thank you again for putting me on the right path…I hope between our 2 methods we can help out a few folks… ✌🏽
THANK YOU SO MUCH 💓 I followed your instructions and it started working! I'll be sure to be careful how I take the water bottles in and out of the dispenser.
Thank you so much for helping find a solution for my primo water dispenser, like you it was brand new, instead off replacing it you assisted me through an easy fix Now it's back in motion and up and running just like new. You were very helpful.
Awesome! I've been online looking up the manual and anything I could find to make it work then I saw your video, I looked at both ends of the hose, first the end st the bottle was pretty kinked so I straighten that out and then started pushing in the pump side and it went in about an inch and wall la the pump kicked in and filled the tank. Thank you for posting this video.
Thank you so much for creating this video! It literally helped me fix my water cooler...took less than 2 seconds to do what you showed and it worked like a charm!
I have the same water dispenser. The coffee maker doesn't work on mine, but the cold and hot water works.. I'm ready to buy another 1 but upon seeing your video, maybe I should check my cannister too. Thanks for the video!
I just bought one used in this is exactly what happened and it worked immediately after me staring at it for almost 24 hours like why is this light still blinking and there's no hot water thank you so much for your video
I had the same problem and the fix in this video didn't work for me. So try this, put the tube down in the bottle with the door open. Press the door switch, witch will start the pump to running then make a up and down pumping motion with the water tube in and out of the water bottle and that will help the pump to start the siphon process. Good luck 👍🏽 it works for me.
Thanks so much for this video I had my machine for 2 years as well it was storage for a year when I got it out it sounded like it was raining inside my machine so I believe I would have to do the same thing you did my red like not coming on though
I did not have any luck with that solution. I disconnected and re-connected all of the hoses (even unscrewed the back grill to access the hoses back there) and still - the red light flashes with a full water bottle. Pump is running but not sucking the water into the cannister.

My Primo k cup cooler is a 2023 model, if it’s not dispensing water, it’s because the stainless reservoir is FROZEN SOLID.. unplug it from the wall and let thaw 3-4 hours… no need to take apart like I did… the tubes in the block of ice are stuck and I forced it off, breaking things- had to buy a replacement of $100… unplug and let thaw 3-4 hours…
My cooler is having a weird issue. It won't feed the water unless I take the pipe out of the water bottle and once pump starts, I still it back in and it works fine until it needs to fill the internal tank again then I have to repeat the process... any ideas?
Mine froze model is 601144 no water was coming out n the pump wasnt working i unplugged it for the whole day n i just plugged it in its works it had froze bought mine in 20 i need to see how to take the top off n pop the resevour
I had the same issue. In my case the reservoir where the water is held had frost. I opened the unit and sure enough I noticed there was ice build up which was causing the water not to Flow. The solution was turn off the power in t he back if the unit only for the cold water and let the ice melt for a couple of hours. Before you turn the switch back on, check to see that the water dispenses. If the water comes out turn the power back on so it can dispense cold water. If it happens again just turn off power and let I've melt and repeat the process. I hope that helps.
