Very helpful video. But I have question. If use the 4-Field Modul where you can link 4 products + your shop. How can I design it that way, that it’s more understandable for the customer that he can click on all of the 4 products/fields?
Thats a really good question Sinex. Because amazon gives you limited design options for that card format, the best you can do is to indicate on the CARD NEXT TO IT that you can tap and purchase the products on the product card. You can mention something about that particular selection of products on the card as well that make it more attractive to click. Great question. I feel that as time goes on and customers get more used to these brand story cards, customers will understand that these are tappable/clickable.
Thanks for the great content Orange Klik, I actually got dinged with the testimonial "-Amazon Customer" The rejection message was as follows "Content rejection reason; Remove all references to Customer reviews, ratings, or feedback from A+ content" Also I got dinged for any references to environmentally friendly claims for example "sustainable" I am not sure if someone at Amazon was having a bad day or they have recently tightened up on the language used or broadened their terms of service...?
Hey Lee, likely it was the sustainability-related language that got you initially flagged and once flagged they also found fault with the review. I haven't heard of sellers getting rejected on brand story because of reviews before this I would try inputting social proof in a different format and removing sustainability language. Hi, I sumbmitted my brand story to the UK marketplace but unfortunately it was rejected because I put in a review in the style of the one in this video. They told me it had to be removed. I'm not sure if that's a new policy or just applies to the UK 😪

Hey April - You can include customer reviews in the form of a testimonial or customer quote - just not as an amazon review.
