Welcome to part 8 of our custom minibike project inspired by the iconic 1955 Chevy Bel Air!
6 months after entering our bike into the #PullStartPicnic hosted by @GoPowerSports, we have decided to make some improvements to the overall look of the bike.
Since we've been dreaming of building this custom minibike for a long time, we wanted to make sure it was done right. We're excited to share the journey with you. This build will break new ground, but we're up for the challenge.
In this series, we'll take you behind the scenes and show you the entire build process, from concept to completion.
We'll share our design ideas, walk you through the fabrication process, and give you an up-close look at the finished product.
But we need your help too! Let us know in the comments what you think we should do to this mini bike to make it truly unique and special.
Don't forget to like and subscribe for more custom bike builds and stay tuned for the next update on our 1955 Chevy Bel Air theme minibike project.

Drop a comment if you want us to do a giveaway for the panels.
I’m tryin to win a panel if there’s a giveaway. I really hope you produce these panels for your frame though. That would look great cruising around at a car show
Am on for it 😂
Great work guys, the old 3d printer opens up so many possibilities 🤔
Yes, it truly does! We will be printing a life size version of our MBK1 prototype once we finish the design!
3d printing has really opened the doors for diy. In the past to make panels like that it would involve shaping foam, using clay & fiberglass.
Yes absolutely do a give away.
Yes, buying a 3D printer was one of the best decisions I made.
Definitely the new piece is better, looks like the real thing nice job.🎉
Thank you, yeah we agree it was well worth the redesign!
I didn’t even know I needed a mini bike until tonight watching these build videos and now I’m doomed to get one (or six). Darn you RUclips algorithms!
Haha that is awesome! It's like lays chips. You can't have just one.
Absolutely awesome guys
Thank you! It is still a work in progress but we hope to finish it soon
Want you haven't done in a long time is a hockey video, I really miss those
I know, I am entirely consumed by this new business at the moment but I hope to get back to posting hockey videos as soon as I can.
@@mantinimotors hey Sam why not do silicon molds with those 3D printed parts and make more mini bikes?
@@aept208 That is a great idea but we want this bike to be a one off. So we do not plan on selling these panels or building another bike like this.
Lookin good man, looking forward to the finish
Thank you! We can't wait to finish it!
Unreal cool,
Thank you! We can't wait to finish it!
@@mantinimotors I can't wait either
Can't wait to see yall minibike done I have the same dream one day and would love to have a panel to hang up or if got both would use them on a go kart project
Have you tried to print some 3d air filter pod covers? If your interested I need some things made 3 d printed like some clutch covers air filter covers intake manifolds I could email you and figure out how to pay and yea you deff made the right decision looks alot better awesome
That is a great question. My dad was just saying that we should start designing and printing custom parts for people.
So we may do that and then offer them on our website. Send me and email and we can discuss what you are looking for in more detail.

@mantinimotors I definitely will thanks
It's a shame you gave up on this project.
Actually we did not give up, it is on hold while we focus on the MBK-1. We will finish it, just after the launch 👍
