  • Back in 2019 when we were on tour in the US, we gave a workshop to the San Francisco Girls Chorus (www.sfgirlscho...) when we were performing at Stanford University.
It was a really positive experience for both groups, and we planned to perform together one day. So when we launched our online teaching package last year, they became our first customer. We gave these talented young women a series of 3 workshops online, covering lots of different areas of singing, teamwork, performance, and musicality. As the culmination of that online teaching package, we recorded this joint performance of Leonard Cohen's iconic 'Hallelujah'. The arrangement is one by Philip Lawson, which was adapted, to include higher voices, by Nick Ashby.
Today we release this video for you to enjoy! And bear in mind: if you're in a choir, this could be you next time. Get your director to email us for more information about our online teaching.
