Hey friends - I'm a Doctor who graduated from King's College London (in London, of course!) and moved to America to pursue my dream of Residency training in the USA! Your Urdu is completely fine! We speak Englurdu (a combination of English and Urdu) in Pakistan anyway. And the hint of the accent is desirable tbh.

While her Urdu is fine, not all Pakistanis speak Englurdu. Pakistan is not just big urban centers. Yahan ab bhi shusta Urdu bolne ka riwaj hai baghair Angrezi ke tarkey ke. Joh Pakistani baahir ke mamalik mein rehte hain un ka accent hona qudrati baat hai lekin Pakistan mein zyada tar log English accent ke saath Urdu nahin bolte, sirf maghrib zada log jin ko apni zabaan pe sharam aati hai woh apni ehsas-e-kamtari dikhate hain.
