I don't know why I gasped when the man asked about your religion haha, I feel like I am definitely Amercanized into thinking that asking questions about a person's beliefs is a bit too intimate for casual conversation. It's nice to know that people are a bit more straightforward though :D
I’ve realised that about America you know. I am mixed race, Spanish and Ghanaian, born and raised in England. Here, even in another western country, asking about someone’s country of origin or religion isn’t weird. I think it’s because unlike America, in England, most African people aren’t descendants of slaves in Britain, so we actually know our country of origin. Many African Americans don’t know their country of origin due to the slave trade so the topic is a lot more sensitive.
I think he was asking to see if she could eat pork, he probably thought she was Muslim as Chinese people have more experience with Muslims who don't eat pork and Buddhists/ Hindus who don't eat beef than Christians
Your Chinese is amazing. I can't hear any foreign accent. You have overcome the most difficult hurdle of speaking a foreign language. Complete fluency takes time. You just need more experience and confidence to get there.
I started watching your videos to learn about China and practice my mandarin listening skills but now I keep coming back because I live you and also your friend Lilly is so sweet
Hey I’m in love with your content . I love in china too.. I don’t know you but trust me I feel so proud of you watching your content . Keep it up. I’m motivated to learn chinese more seriously . We have a very good and rare opportunity to learn this language now that we are in china

This is so similar to living in Japan. I miss it. I have so many questions! How long did it take you to learn Chinese? What dialect do you speak? And how did you learn? You’ve probably already answered these in a previous video though.
So Queen B is not just for Busola, it's bilingual queen Busola as well... you are so talented. I've lived in China and didn't learn this much Chinese/mandarin in a year! I'm still learning.
Hi! I just wanted to say I really enjoyed your video and I’m also learning chinese, so it was nice to practice my listening with ur vid. How did you learn chinese? 你中文说的真好!Keep up the good work!
@@jaykay5086 Easier rules? Grammatically yes but not with pronunciation. It doesn't matter how you say things in Korean because there aren't any tones, but if you get the tones wrong in Chinese, you could end up saying a different word.
@@Lisa-_-M I think It depends on what languages you know. Like Busola is yoruba, and the yoruba language is strictly tonal so it will be easier for her since chinese is also a tonal language

Can I just say - I LOVE your videos and your energy💗 I am from Ghana and I make vlogs from China on my RUclips channel too~ you’re teaching me so much! 加油~
