My favorite right now. I try not to keep too many in rotation and use this one every other week. I notice if I use it once a week the effects start to taper off. Maybe just me. Also 3/4 scoop is my sweet spot with it. Great review. Enjoying your vids!

I use this one about once every other week now. It’s my go to for leg day since it’s happiness galore and no alpha yo. Also I just posted a video on how to get a free channel shirt!! You will have to check that out! Trying to grow the channel the old fashion way with free gear lol.
