She was very nervous, understandable, it says its a med student, you can get nervous if they are grading your skills, specially clinical skills with live patients, you can see it when she grabs the ophthalmoscopy backwards and the light is in her eye and she forgets to tell the patient to look straight forward, I don't blame her, happened to me many times when learning, the more you do it you do a routine so fast and well done you don't even notice...good for her
