Visual acuity is best using full chart bc isolated lines reduces crowding and artificially improves VA. Pupils : do not measure consensual pupil response (who cares). SFT will flush out any consensual pupil problem. Pupils : SFT - do NOT swing down and around. Your method allows for pupil rebound and makes finding subtle APDs difficult. Swing directly from one eye to other and determine if there is any change in size. My method makes finding APD much easier. And unless you are looking for Argyll-Robertson pupil, why check near response pupils? I like the confrontational VF method.
Also, don't give dilating drops unless glaucoma is ruled out (avoid increased ICP)

Mike Ludy power glasses can make Ur vision worse do eye exercise if you can
Its upto the case . Some hudden power cannot be seen even if a patient complain so . So retinoscopy should be dont even if the vision is 20/20
