DVD released in 2004 but 'Live In Stockholm 2003' - is nothing more or less than what it claims to be; a full live performance from the band's 2003 European Tour as filmed at the Stockholm date. Running at around the 1 hour mark - give or take - this disc is a fairly entertaining viewing. Both visual and audio quality are excellent, offering quite a polished sound and recording with multiple camera angles and numerous close-ups that give each band member their due as well as conveying the enthusiasm of the crowd to great effect. The performance is tight and high energy and shows a band who - despite their age and longevity - show no signs yet of losing the fire and hunger that initially fuelled them in their youth. DVD live performances such as this are always a pleasure to watch, particularly in the case of European acts such as DISMEMBER who rarely make the trek to North American shores. Whets the appetite and fuels the hope that over time, such performances as what is captured here eventually make a greater appearance in both the U.S. and Canada!

Не проходит мне 43, слушаю с 1996г и слушаю с удовольствием и сейчас, даже не понимая язык на котором поют, побольшому счету я голос воспринимаю как ещё один инструмент в группе на ряду с барабана и и гитарами. Проблема русских групп в том что они вокал выводят на первый план что бы его понимали, но из-за этого теряется музыка. Хочешь смысл читай книги, а в музыке должна быть на первом месте музыка, текст вторичн.

Old-school Scandinavian Death Metal - the definition of!
One of the very best death metal bands of all time. I saw them live at a community youth center shit hole 8 years ago, with no more than 30 people in the audience. Still the best live show I've ever witnessed. Both local opening acts whined about a "lack of energy" while Dismember didn't give a shit, they just did their thing better than anyone could ever hope for. No bullshit, just pure fun.
lucky bastard...These guys are my favorite death metal band, id kill to see them play live.
allwalledup Yup death metal makes me proud to be Swedish. Of all the old classics, I think At The Gates is the only band I haven't seen live.

I'm amazed by the sound quality! Perfect!! And that putrid swedish low guitars...fuckin love it!!! I'm 45, since child in metal and at this stage I can only say: Swedish Death metal rules!!

До армии(1999/2001г) я жил музыкой, всё свободное время меня сопровождал метал. Я под него просыпался и всё время слушал в течения дня . В армии пришлося помучатся под всякие "руки вверх". У них один альбом их только был, иногда " Кино" врубали. По радио ещё RHHP крутили, хоть что то. Там узнал о Burzum и других группах и все деньги тратил на покупку кассет со всяким металлом.

Yes. Old Entombed and Dismember has very good lyrics about humanity and such. Plus the brutality level to the max, oh it's so epic.
