I'm subscribed to 123 channels but this one has been my favorite for close to a decade! Freaking John got me into video game ost vinyls, old anime, and many books over the years. Def the most honest to himself and the public video game RUclipsr. What I love the most is that he covers what he is genuinely interested in and doesn't sell out like so many others doing gimmicky click bait topics for views.

This was amazing. Kim is always a natural! It was awesome to see everything from her perspective and experience. I’ve always wanted to say this: Whenever there’s a new video, it feels more like a video from a friend, rather than a video from a channel. One of the best gaming channels on RUclips. John literally talks about all games. He’s a real hardcore guy. Always interested in his takes and opinions. He’s very likable and could have gone down a different path with the channel to become more popular, but I can tell he stays true to himself. I’m a grown man in my mid 20s, I’ve watched him since right before high school, hearing his intro is comforting because of that. Ps you’re awesome kim

I'm late to this video but I'm so happy for both John and Kim for creating such a positive community which is so rare on the internet nowadays. Watching this show has helped me deal with stress and every episode has put a smile on my face. I started watching this show when I was 15 still in high school unsure of what I wanted out of my life. Been watching your videos since 2010 - first one was about Ys Books 1 and 2, which I bought not long afterwards. So happy to have you (and Kim, Rob and all the others that have appeared over the years) still around here. I look forward to your enthusiasm and love for gaming every week and will do for the next 15 years!
Kim is such a lovely and caring person, I love when I see her in the videos! I've played Dragon Quest Builders just because of her, and now I'm so so happy to know that she likes Fantasy Life, too! I'm a sub to the channel for just 1 year now, but I love to see how Kim's support was crucial to John being able to make his dreams come true. Fun fact is that I'm a gamer, who is also married to a gamer, and we too have this kind of wonderful memories together, it's truly a bless!
