I think the things he said about worrying as much after baywatch are admirable in this day and age and will serve him well to expand his horizons beyond body image. I actually gained a good deal of respect for him after seeing this.anyone who works out and competes in bodybuilding knows about his water under the skin comment , and the type of restrictive lifestyle that entails. not only do you suffer , but everyone around you suffers for your narcissism.
Zac always inspired me to be my best self when I was only 18. He motivated me to take good care of my own health and physique. He's always had that charm on me to the point where people around me thought I had a crush on him. No, I just really look up to the guy.

I just think it’s because he’s in his 30s now. So many of my male schoolmates started looking different between 29-35. There were times I’d asked a friend who was the “older guy” they befriended on social media! I’d be so shocked it was someone I once knew(same age or even younger than me). 😂 So many men get a more rugged-look in their 30s when they get out of that boyish-looking stage. 🤷🏽♀️
Yup for many men in the 28-35 range, they have what I like to call a "2nd puberty" where their looks hit the fan instead of looking better like in first puberty.

I just had my wisdom teeth out last month and can confirm your face gets really swollen for the first like two ish weeks afterwards but I also ended up with dry sockets so my face was extra swollen and took ten times longer to heal then it usually does but my face went pretty much back to normal afterwards so 🤷♀️

Zach has always had good looks that he was born with. He's aging beautifully. He's not going to look like a young man forever though. And, he broke his jaw in 2013, and so people need to leave him alone about his jaw because he has a right to do whatever he likes with it, be that cosmetic, corrective, or nothing.

It can depend on age too. Wisdom teeth recovery can be a lot longer for adults than teens. He’s 33 so I’m sure if he did get dental surgery, the swelling lasted a lot longer than younger folks.

Well the news has finally been revealed in a recent magazine interview with Zac Efron, turns out it was not cosmetic surgery it was a slip and fall accident caused by running around his house which resulted in smashing his chin on the granite corner of a fountain, which knocked him out and dislocated his jaw resulting in the need for physical therapy to improve the masseter jaw muscles. He explained that the masseter muscles (found in your jaw) work “like a symphony” while you chew. In his case, they had to compensate for his severe injury, and they got pretty swole in the process.
He looks like Shrek when he got human and "pretty". Oh...just got to the part where they say this 😅

I mean you can see how buff he has gotten lately, his muscles are leaner and larger than ever before... that can include muscles along your jaw line beefing up too adding to a more sculpted appearance. I honestly don't believe any cosmetic surgery was done here.
It looks like muscle to me too. His neck seems so much more bigger compared to his older photos, I feel like he likely developed huge jaw muscles overtime (maybe clenching his teeth?) while training his upper body

Yeah, the dental surgery thing really can do that, especially if it’s done in your 30’s and later. My jawline permanently changed after wisdom teeth removal in my early 30’s, and immediately after surgery I looked super weird with the chipmunk swelling.

I don't think he looks too differently, just older, face more filled out. He looks good.
I also thought the same that he had plastic surgery and complained he looked good already but knowing now that everything was wrong and that there was a medical reason behind it, I really do apologize for saying stuff about zach and consider things even further for now on.
Honestly people are so quick to judge !!!! He didn’t get plastic surgery, he got dental surgery because he broke his jaw years ago and it was bothering him !!! But even if he did what’s wrong with that !!!!
