Jenny, Natalie......you two are looking so good. I was hoping you would make a video and share how you're both loosing weight. I have been watching you for such a long time and it's wonderful to see the transformation. Keep it up ladies.
Natalie, I’m always amazed at how differently/brilliantly your brain works. After quilting for so long, it’s rare to find a pattern that leaves me wondering how the designer did it. Your patterns are like reading little mini-novels!! I was so excited to see that you’ve started a new video series also! You’re an excellent teacher, but I would love to see you teaching more advanced techniques. And yes, as others have said, you look amazing!!
Natalie seems to like the slightly more wilder style in her quilts...thinking outside the box. I love how each of you start with the same idea yet different results according to everyone's brain as Jennie says
I just have to compliment Natalie on her weight loss and how much younger she is looking these days. She is so BEAUTIFUL!! Natalie, I love you sweet girl and I'm so proud of you. My daughter is working on her new self also and she has lost 75 pounds so far. She has a new way of thinking to go along with her new body and I couldn't be more proud of both you sweet girls! 💗💗💗💗💗💗🙏
You guys have outdone yourselves again! These are for the beginner quilter/sewist (Misties) and the medium experienced (Natalies) and the extra experienced (Jennies). I LOVE how Nat's and Jens look so hard but actually are just smaller easy blocks sewn together! I had to buy Natalie's exactly to make hers that I just gushed over! Jennies is amazing also and I can see it in red and green but also wonder what print squares would do! The extra mini triangles of Mistys is really adorable!
I like the fact the Misty’s quilt could go together quickly if you need a quilt at the last minute. I like all 3 but Misty’s was my favorite this time.
You know....I'm just a traditional quilt gal, but Natalie's quilt today just has me mesmerized. If I was ever going to make a modern quilt, this would be the one I think. I named it merry wanderer...it looks like a meandering walking path in a park. I'm surprising myself with my comment.😅. Love you gals!
I have been quilting for close to 40 years doing my own thing after I stumbled on Nancy Notions on TV. About a year or two ago I have been watching some on RUclips. I have noticed so many different marking tools from tracing paper, chalk, to fancy disappearing ink, and believe it or not I recently heard of using antacids. One thing I haven't seen is that I use Crayola washable markers, these markers have not failed me yet. You might want to consider using them and the mark will show up really nice on camera. Its very easy clean up. Just as Jenny has mentioned I believe I am a rogue sewist when I do various sewing from clothing , quilting, and various crafts. I have always said I dare to be different. The down side is that I rarely if ever duplicate anything believe me I have tried and always have errors. So now I say there are no such thing as mistakes only hidden masterpieces. Thank you for your video's I love the triple plays the most.
When I first watched this TriplePlay, I didn't think I would make any of them. So here I am telling you I took a "leap of faith" and TRUST in the Doan girls and MSQC. Half rectangles no longer scare me! Thank you so much!
I really love this quilt! It went a little fast on the triangles for this 75 yrs young gal, but I printed off the pattern and am going to attempt making this. I’ve not done any quilting for 47 yrs then I started quilting about one year ago, thanks to You Tube. I was Busy with 3 kids, now I have 6 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. So I’m trying to get at least one quilt per special person’s I love. Thanks so much for your help!!!! Much love❤to you!! I was down to see you in November of 2022 and got my picture taken with your cardboard cutout and myself, I had so much fun. I’ll be back this year too. I’m hoping to meet you and Natalie personally!!!! Take care
I love Triple Play Days. All the quilts are fantastic. What tickled me most was Jenny constantly cleaning and straightening while the other girls worked. Then during her segment, the table was a mess! I just love watching the different personalities and dynamics of the family!
I love that Jenny shows when something is hard for her. There are times where i sit and flip pieces around over and over and it's good to see she does the same thing. ❤
Oh my goodness! I'm not a modern fan, but I loved the look of Natalie's quilt! And I always lean towards the two color quilts, so seeing the new color in the way Jenny did it....Beautiful!!! I think I would absolutely try doing both of those quilts!! Thanks, Ladies!!!
I really love watching you three, and I learned so much at the age of 60. Thank you so much for the tutorials. I love that you understand people that have problems reading instructions and is visual reader. Your techniques are easier than the other people I have watched on RUclips. When I see something I want to do I look through your tutorials until I find what I need help with. Thank you!
Natalie, you have the most creative mind. Jenny, your way of enlarging the square by adding the white strip on each side turned out fabulous. And Misty, you have us a super Simple design to use for donation quilts which will sew up both quickly and beautifully. Also, Thanks for the intro to the HRTy template by Latifah Saafir.
Love your videos and so grateful to your different teaching methods. On a side note. Natalie you are looking amazing, I pray it is by choice and not a result of a negative health condition.
This is an extra good Triple Play! I like Misty's the best - sometimes I like seeing more of the pretty fabric, like her Simple Stacks pattern does also.
I love that you highlighted all three different rulers to work with what you have. Latina Safir is an engineer and is brilliant at making rulers that can do it all! She’s an awesome teacher and I hope you get her to demo her clammy ruler or this one in an AHWM sometime.
i really enjoy the triple plays as everyone's brains work so differently, and they are all so creative!! Natalie, your weight loss is awesome!1 You are looking good!! Continue on your weight loss journey!! Jenny, I am so thankful that my friend introduced me to you and to Missouri Quilt!! I have spent way more money on more material than I will use for years now!! You just keep introducing such beautiful fabric! Misty I have recently started watching Misty at Home, and I love some of the quilts you have come up with. Ladies, keep it up!!
I am so in love with jenny's... so many secondary patterns, and love the bump out!!! Misty's not a chevron is gorgeous, pillowcase is cuuute!!. I would love to see Natalie's in two colour like Jenny's, even if tones and hues of same colour, so the pattern becomes the star.
Love Jenny's small blocks and the 2 colors. All the quilts are beautiful, and Natalie, you look so healthy and radiant!! Keeping this one while I'm doing my own sewing is like being at one of your retreats and sewing with all 3 of you. (-:
Ladies these are absolutely beautiful I was so excited it was Friday today I have been waiting all week. I was so pleased to see that at least one of you used basic rulers. I have so many darn rulers already that I just don’t think I can add even one more to my collection. 🎉😂!!!!!
On topic: I love when they give twin size quilt instructions. Natalie’s was my fave, then Jenny’s & then Misty’s mini quilt. Off topic: WITH UTMOST RESPECT, Natalie, you look awesome! As a struggling big girl and a true fan, I’d love to know how you did it.
Natalie, your talent and creativity blow me away. I respect your determination and privacy BUT, you have conquered a challenge that has eluded me. I’m resigned to being a big girl….until I see you. Any changes and habits that you can share would be greatly appreciated. I’m sure happiness and love are main ingredients. God’s blessings!
I too think you look really great Natalie. MSQC triple play is such a treat for me and I love all three quilts - I just wish that I could sew as quickly as I buy fabric. Thank you all so much x
Love, love, love the triple play. Jenny's and Natalie's looked so complicated, but of course were not. I saw the secondary pattern in Jenny's and like that look. Love Natalie's, will be trying that in a smaller size. You ladies rock.
they are all great like usual- the added detail to Jenny's is cool - LOVE natalie's ---- neat 'twiat ! i think you can do misty's with the wing template pretty easy. same set up. i like how it looks sashed because it is ofset.
I loved Misty's quilt today. I'm a fan of the larger pieces, and the fabric line was beautiful ! I always have trouble once the pieces get smaller. You were brave Jenny !
Absolutely the best Triple Play so far. All the quilts were so creative. Jenny, yours had that interesting quirk and was so fun to look at. Natalie, such a modern “twist”. Fun. Misty, the traditional half rectangle quilt made modern with delightful negative space. A success, ladies!!!
Natalie’s quilt was my favorite this time!! Loved the sweater Natalie had on too!! Jenny’s quilt was awesome & of course the smaller version on Misty’s quilt won my heart. Amazing ladies! B Thx so much!!

NAT is looking fantastic.
Jenny, Natalie......you two are looking so good. I was hoping you would make a video and share how you're both loosing weight. I have been watching you for such a long time and it's wonderful to see the transformation. Keep it up ladies.

I like all three, and Jenny's in particular.
Great pattern, Natalie!! Love it.
Lookin’ good Natalie!
Love them all! Natalies is probably my favorite
Natalie seems to like the slightly more wilder style in her quilts...thinking outside the box. I love how each of you start with the same idea yet different results according to everyone's brain as Jennie says
So creative. Love them all.
Missy’s seem a Bit complicated ….course, it might just be my brain 😂😂
Natalie's Triple Play projects are always extra creative
Yes, Nat is truly an authentic artist besides being an amazing quilter. She could make museum style art quilts.
Natalie you look WONDERFUL!! I am so proud of all the weight you have lost. Just wonderful. All three of you beautiful ladies look GREAT!!!!
I just have to compliment Natalie on her weight loss and how much younger she is looking these days. She is so BEAUTIFUL!! Natalie, I love you sweet girl and I'm so proud of you. "What's your favourite quilt block?" - the one I haven't made yet, that's what keeps me quilting! Lovely quilts again ladies.
Natalie and Misty are looking more and more like sisters rather than sister-in-laws!!! As always, they are both beautiful!!
Natalie looks so good! It looks like she's lost a lot of weight, and she makes gorgeous quilts too!! GO NATALIE!!!!!
I love how you say “it’s a brain thing” most people don’t understand that. Thank you for speaking my language ❤
Love all of these quilts but Natalie’s is my favorite.
Beautiful Natalie, Misty and Jenny!
Natalie's was my favorite. Love this quilt!
Natalie, you are looking fabulous, Kudos! OK, onto the vid ❤️

Had to watch this video in sections to absorb all the details. Stunning quilts as always.
oh my you three are always so amazing!! BUT JENNY!!! your quilt really did hit it out of the park

❤all beautiful quilts, thank you so much for sharing, ladies
I love it when Jenny tries to “help” Natalie and Natalie tells her - this is the way I am doing it - with an “oh mom” smile
Yes, a lot of interrupting the younger women. Unnecessary
Love how Natalie's comes out with minimal waste. So so beautiful.
When I first watched this TriplePlay, I didn't think I would make any of them. So here I am telling you I took a "leap of faith" and TRUST in the Doan girls and MSQC. Half rectangles no longer scare me! Thank you so much!
Jenny’s block would look really cute with some of it blue. Very patriotic!
Natalie for the win. I love her quilt the most. All are beautiful.
Love all Triple Plays. But Natalie’s wins the prize. The quilt is beautiful as is Natalie. Can’t wait to find a line of fabric for this!!
