This is really helpful because I’m looking at surf skate boards right now 😄

I like your presentation, it's a bit funny though how you go to even explain what allen keys are, what clockwise means etc. Feels like this is a video for aliens who just came to planet Earth and don't know anything, but they want to try surfskating :D
Carver C7 has an adjustment bolt (hex head) similar to the Thruster. On a Waterborne Surf Adapter, you can change to a softer/harder square bushing. It's not really something I would do very often, I would get a bushing most suitable for my weight / style, and just ride the board with this bushing. Other popular trucks such as YOW Meraki or Carver CX have no adjustment for the rotating mechanism, besides what you can do with the bushing (same as with a skateboard, you can slightly tighten or loosen the kingpin nut, but normally you'd put softer or harder bushings).

Coach Daniel, for beginner surfers should we have the trucks more loose instead of tight for practice? I can tic tac since I practiced on my other board but should I practice the basic movements with looser trucks?

To generate speed and get the first feeling I would adjust it a bit more tight. Once you feel confident you should train your maneuvers with a bit more loose in the flat.
