I think they more have to be taught or transferred, if anything, considering the glow around both tiny Luigi and Yoshi before Yoshi was able to stretch his tounge

I love Birdo just taking tiny Luigi as a pet.
Luigi is busted :0 The arm swing with the spikes and arrows into the brawl down taunt was amazing. The Birdo boss fight was unexpected, as I thought it would be toadstool or Daisy behind the feminine items.
When Birdo capture mini Luigi and put a bow on him and had it way with him made me laugh. I had no idea mini Luigi had that many lives and his final stretch is something else.
At the first time, I thought that was gonna be the end like Link would be OP in super Mario bros

I can tell that Level UP's animation skills have definitely improved over the years. Adding unique details to things that aren't in any Mario game is what makes these videos stand out from any other ones. I'm excited and curious to see what's next for Level UP!
