During this time of uncertainty and panic over COVID 19, I just needed someone to calmly show groceries and talk about vegan meals. Thank you for helping me be chill!
my favorite tofu sandwich combo is pan fried tofu with franks red hot, follow your heart ranch (instead of mayo), lettuce, avocado, and tomato. so good 10/10

This comment may get lost and you might never see it, but I’ll post it in hopes you or someone else will read it. For the last month or so, I’ve been struggling with body image and eating and everything else in the genre. But today in the middle of a bad moment I remembered your videos and tried to find you again. The way you film your videos and talk about food is something that’s so calming. You don’t discuss calories, you don’t say “I had a big lunch so i’m gonna skip dinner” or anything along those lines. You talk about food in terms of nutrition and if you’re full and what your body is feeling. But you also don’t make a big deal about it, it’s just who you are. I wanted to thank you because you make me want to be kind to my body.
next time you make your coffee make it extra strong and less water, then put it in the ice first, so instead of it watering down it'll just dilute and be cold! then add your milk and sweetener i promise it's the best.
gotta just say you’re legit one of my favorite vegan accounts and i love your personality and recipes and everything. sending you good vibes bc every video of yours gives me good vibes
You have to try this with tofu: freeze it, unfreeze it, if you want you can press it, then cut it in slices, put those slices in a container with soy sauce and it absorbs it fast af. Then just throw it in the pan, I usually use some olive oil because it takes amazing if it's a bit fried.

Shred the apple -- it'll need to be blotted a little but it's way easier to eat. This also works with pears that aren't too soft, as well as Asian pears. If you want to zag into another dimension try peanut butter, sunflower seeds, raisins, and grated carrot which is seriously YUM!
