Lately I'm obsessed with the tapenade, but more as a mix-in. I'll do like a "egg" or "tuna" salad mix of chickpeas, mustard, mayo and the tapenade. It's so good as a quick breakfast on pita bread.

The lemon pasta is great with the vegan pesto! Also, their vegan pesto is 10/10! Our kiddo loves it with the mini gnocchi.

Do you think the lemon pasta would be good in a cold pasta salad? Maybe with some cilantro, red bell peppers, and onion with a drizzle of olive oil and/or vinegar?
Probably, but it is gone. Gone. I hate when TJ’s does this. I LOVED this lemon pasta. Sigh.

The chickenless wings are super bomb if you cook them 5 minutes in an air fryer, then toss them in franks red hot or another sauce, and then back in the air fryer for 5 minutes. They get super crispy on the outside. I don't like the sauce that comes with it so I just throw it out lol.

Ok so try this with the lentil chips:
Add finely diced onions and boiled potatoes with some sweet/spicy sauces and some lemon/lime juice!!!! Too with chopped cilantro! Don’t let it sit around otherwise it gets soggy!

I just started working at a new Trader Joes in my area and have not tried 99% of what you showed. We don't carry a lot of those items so now I am going to make sure we get them in. I am Vegan and gluten free. I wish we had a vegan and gluten free pizza. Maybe i need to call Corporate. I heard the vegan baby bells were good but haven't seen them.
Watching as I’m eating the shelf stable meatless grounds. I love them! So easy to throw into meals to add some texture and protein. I wouldn’t center a whole meal around it but in a stir fry (or post-drinking instant ramen) it’s so good!
How much protein to calorie ratio?

The olive tapenade is one of my favorite TJ's items!! Mine has had that one for quite a while.
Me too. Even though the jar says to consume within a week of opening - I have yet to get sick if I keep it longer in the fridge. Olives- yum.
@@stacesprinkle7822 I never follow that guideline on any of my products, truth be told. And have never gotten sick either. That olive tapenade usually doesn't last a week before getting devoured though 😂
Thanks for sharing! I'm especially interested in trying the products with yuzu. I've been wishing for years that I could find actual yuzu to use in my Japanese cooking, but no place around here carries that. At least I can get yuzu flavor in these non-Japanese foods. Thanks for reminding me that I need to get back to TJ's! :)
20 minutes would be lovely, lol. Mine is an hour away along with my other grocery stores. You are right about the crisps, so easy to eat that entire bag. We are enjoying the Thai noodles. Great texture and so convenient. I passed up the lemon pasta and gnocci on my last trip. Will try on my next one. Thanks!

The lemon pasta was wonderful! I amped up the lemon by making a gremolata (lemon zest, parsley, garlic minced together) to which I added my fave, capers (also minced in). This gave it a little saltiness. Gave the pasta a quick toss with lemon olive oil and then tossed with the gremolata. Once or twice I added sautéed mushrooms. Divine! I cant get the pasta anymore. I’ve tried four TJ’s here (San Diego) and was told they are out for the season. Or maybe forever (you never know with TJ’s). So sad. 😢
When you said TJ’s was 20 minutes away I laughed so hard because the closest grocery store is that far from me 😂
I found the vegan nacho cheese years ago from TJ from you guys and they just discontinued it a few months ago ~ I’m considering a picket line protest. Lol 😂 it was that good ❤

I must live not too far from you in the Vancouver WA area! I also heard about the Trader Joe's that may be coming to that new shopping area being built just north of Fred Meyer in Salmon Creek. Fingers crossed that happens, because I hate driving all the way to the Cascade Park one, and that parking lot is awful. Thanks for this video. Hey, great to see you two again. Apparently, I didn't have the 'notification' bell turned on so it's been about a year? Appreciate the Trader Joe's taste tests, as they are a very reliable store for inexpensive Vegan options. The focaccia looks like it it could easily be converted into a pizza so I can't wait to try that one out!. My only complaint with Trader Joe's is they will drop some items that I personally loved like the black bean & chili burritos as well as the enchilada version of the same for no apparent reason? Kind of like how Aldi has seasonal runs of certain items that I would purchase every outing like the Vegan ravioli.
I made that lemon pasta w fresh peas, basil & sauce I made w TJ’s cashew milk yogurt as the base. It. Was. Bomb.
The barebells bara are in three differemt vegan flavours here in Europe but the Hazelnut Nougat is by faaar the winner!
The olive tapenade is really good with a baguette or some thing of the type.. for me, way too much oil though, I used to get the one from the Whole Foods olive section I you want a bit less oil
The Meatless Ground tastes great in homemade chili! I also added cremona mushrooms in the chili and it made it really meaty.

The Cripps are great to have with guacamole
The crisps remind me of Marty's Cracklin' chips that you can buy at the Filipino store! The texture and the shape. they have a bunch of classic Filipino chip flavors and they're vegan!
Hot take on the buffalo wings - i toss the sauce pack and use my own buffalo sauce! Theirs was a bit too vinegar-y for me.

Trader Joe's seems to have repackaged their vegan Tikka masala, now it's in a pouch vs a jar. It's so good.
Would love to see y'all compare gnocci from diff brands. I'm convinced they all taste the same and get the Dollar Tree version.

The yuzu hot sauce is super good but I didn't find it spicy at all.

I found it to have a weird aftertaste. Turns out the last ingredient listed is sucralose aka splenda🤢

The closest trader joes to me is 30-40 minutes driving so I rarely go but these always make me tempted to make the trek over

I‘m kinda glad that there is no Trader Joes here, I would definitely spend to much time in there and leave to much money😂🙈🌱 As a kid I never liked cheese and therefore also not Babybell, but for some reason I ate it sometimes because my bigger sister liked them🥴 and the olive Tepenade would be definitely nothing for me🙈🤭
They've also come up with their version of Earth Balance (same packaging and everything) but cheaper. I thought it was pretty good though not as good as the brand name. Could also use more salt. I will keep buying the trader joe version since Earth Balance prices have skyrocketed.

I really like the Buffalo ckn but I make my own non spicy sauce and throw away the Buffalo packet. I was really disappointed in the meatless grounds (I’ll stick to Butler soy curls) and the lemon pasta (love 🍋 but not this lemon flavored pasta). Also not a fan of the yuzu ice cream (didn’t like the texture). Will have to pick up the olives. Those looked good. 🙂

We just had it and we didn’t like it.
I did not like the babybel, the texture was weirdly way to soft and doesn't take like any regular cheese, maybe cottage cheese or sour cream.
@@angelariedle5030 yeah, we felt it had a waxy texture and there was something off with the taste.
The focaccia I bought was also raw! Took a whole bite out of raw dough.
Did you bake it? I think my box said to bake before eating: heat it from frozen for 10-12 minutes in a 425°F oven until heated through
I can't find the vegan baby bel cheese for the life of me
I've tried and I was super disappointed. The texture was super soft more like cream cheese and it almost tasted like sour cream or cottage cheese which aint it for me. Just my opinion but may not be worth spending a lot of time to seek out.

Trader Joe’s has Canola oil in everything and they have to much processed food that has so much sodium in it.
,😅 I wish TJ's would not use canola oil in their supposedly healthy and vegan foods
I love your videos, I just wanted to let you know you eat healthy except some of the things you eat like some of the things you eat from Trader Joes ,,,FYI all countries have band Canola oil because it is so bad for you. The U S keeps it because its $$$$$$
No judgement here, everyone should eat whatever they want but, I feel like TJ’s has sooooo much unhealthy processed food the last couple years. I wish they’d focus a little more on healthier VEGAN options. ✌🏼❤️✌🏼

I'm sorry, but the vegan babybels are not it. Tastes a lot like plastic. Mind you I've never had the original before I was vegan, so maybe its just my own taste buds. Would not buy again. Love your videos. 🙂
Totally agree. It almost tasted like cottage cheese or maybe sour cream, and then mainly waxy/plastic. I had been so excited to find them so it was very disappointing
Be careful with a lot of the Trader Joe’s snacks because many of them have unhealthy oils like safflower, soy and canola. Thanks for sharing.
