My favorite drink lately is an iced latte with homemade coffee jelly- I saw a RUclipsr warm up a little bit of cold brew and dissolve some gelatin into it and pour it back into a plastic bottle and shake and refrigerate. You simply squeeze out little dollops of coffee jelly and I like to add them to my iced coffee as a fun alternative to boba 🧋
