this is not blow off valve!.... the flutter is created when the throttle body shuts and the air has no where to go but back onto and out the way it came in through the compressor side of the turbo...

its turbo flutter, theres no bov installed on the car so the air goes back across the turbo wheel fins and chops it giving that sound
